Citroen Relay Instrument Cluster Removal for Repair | Part 1

Citroen Relay, Peugeot Boxer, Fiat Ducato, Ram Promaster Instrument Cluster (speedo) removal.
We needed to send off our Instrument Cluster to be refurbished / repaired as we are having issues with our airbag light staying on and dimly lit LEDs when engine is off (which is draining our battery).
As mentioned, there were 4 'T25' screws and out she comes.... super simple.

It cost us £11.15 to send it off (Royal Mail special delivery), £150 for the repair and £12.95 to get it shipped back. It was received by them and sent back in the same day. So it's a super fast service and you won't be without your van for too long 😉👍🏻
Remember always disconnect your battery when working on anything electrical in your van!

Hi,my computer display on my 2017 Ducato camper stopped working too.The service technician said it was a power shortage due to lack of use.They have quoted £300 due to it being LCD but its got to be fixed as im going to sell it.I found your Video very helpful so thanks..

Thanks for the gen on Cartronix. My dials have stopped working and I was thinking it may be the same solder cracking problem on the PCB as happens with Ford Focus dashboards which I've repaired before. But the lifetime warranty offer tends to support the dodgy component claim. I agree, given it's a recurring problem you'd think it was in Fiat/Citroën/Peugeot's interest to address it.

Hiya, Just called Cartronix as I have the exact same issue as you - airbag light on and dimly lit lights. They advised that because a warning message comes up on the screen, I actually have two faults. Did you have the message on the screen? And did this repair fix that?

Nice vid dude. I've got a 2007 relay and noticed the battery light stays on but is really dim when i shut the engine off. Been told a few times it's the alternator. It goes off after i lock the van up. any idea's, have you came across this problem?

anybody know where the relay is for the indicators and hazards on an 06 CITROËN Relay II Minibus (250) 2.2L Diesel 101 HP and also what it looks like im totally lost
