Thanks for being so real with what your workout/rehab schedule looks like postpartum. That is so helpful to hear! I’m sometimes too hard on myself when I don’t get in the pelvic floor exercises I want to in a day taking care of my 3 month old. Have probably healed but IME the thing that helped my stitches heal the most was a sitz bath in very warm water and using very warm water in a peri bottle every time you use the bathroom
