Can u pls make a simple video on difference between each edition of APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC & FMEA in a single video if possible. Bcoz u taught us all the concepts of above core tools. But we need to know latest editions with difference in each stage of edition. Pls make if possible If can't atleast say latest edition of each core tool in this chat as a reply.

Hi Vignesh , we have to submit design and validation documents first and then what are all the documents asked by customer we have to submit. Finally we have to submit PPAP documents. The requirements will vary customer to customer.

Sir, good day, I think the PPM contains is DPMO values( refer defect count)
The PPM may be 1 sigma - 368120.12,2 sigma - 35728.71, 3 sigma - 2699.93,4 sigma - 63.64,5 sigma - 0.58,6 sigma - 0.02.
PPM - Deglfective counts
DPMO - Defect counts.
If I'm wrong, kindly correct it
PPM means number of rejected parts per million production (or batch)
DPMO means Defects per million opportunity
