Overall iss breed ke sath mera experience ye hai ki looks me ye breed bahut cute dikhte hai or inka temperament same pomeranian jese hote hai bahut alert or family ke liye bahut loyal or loving

Can u suggest me guidance on toilet training lhasa apso 3 month old and obedience. I've had her a week, and it's been constant pee n. Poo all over. Tried to keep peepads in bathroom n balconey. Does ok 2-3 days n. Then starts peeing. I got her from breeder in Maharashtra.
