📍Hey There! I hope you’re enjoying this documentary - just popping up to suggest another you might like: ‘Maryland Prison: Meet the Sheriff locking up Gangs Members and Illegal Immigrants’
    ruclips.net/video/ze2z2TeRJPY/видео.html
In Maryland, zero tolerance is the new normal. Sheriff Chuck Jenkins, who is also warden of Frederick prison, prides himself on a his tough reputation. Here, inmates are dressed in stripped prison uniforms and every aspect of their life is strictly controlled. The Sheriff has invested half a million dollars on this state-of-the-art system, which allows guards to monitor the slightest movements of the prisoners in real time.

I have told people that no matter the threat a country faces and the nature of its people, every change starts from those who have taken the mantle of leadership. As a journalist who cherishes justice, I am concerned about the excesses, and I hope they do better to free innocent citizens. However, one thing I know is that, in dealing with a 20-year old threat, there's bound to be excesses.

If the government did impose such a harsh policy, i might have been wrongfully arrested.

You lose two years of your life, income for your family, and you have a record at the end of your release, not to mention the beatings you can receive from police officers. It's true that getting rid of the gangs was a major victory but now the police state will slowly replace the threat of the gangs.
