He's not kidding about quickly tapping one of the loops. It only takes a moment of practice but you quickly get the hang of it. The cadence is almost as if you're doing a triple tap.

This app is dead. Planned subscription. Developer works on it twice a week and it’s full of bugs and lacks so many basic functions.
