I've never really noticed (except in interviews) they had a French accent as distinctive (as a French person, French accent tends to irritate me a lot while Daft Punk vocals are my favorite vocal effects) until I watch your videos, this is a very special experience to listen.

Please man can you some day make a cover/small tutorial or at least settings with a software vocoder? like vocalsynth or something similar I watch all your videos and you nail it, would love to see how to make it on software and practice cause everything I try sounds so bad
How are you using the vocoder? I have a talk box, but having a tube in my mouth limits the letters I can audibly pronounce. It mostly works with vowels.
A vocoder is a very different thing, you have a microphone plugged in the vocoder, and you actually speak normally into the vocoder, that processes your voice with another sound that you plug in the other input, that can be a keyboard but not only that. The vocoder is basically an electronic device that merges two sounds, the talkbox is an amplifier that puts the sound into your mouth so you can shape it like if it's your voice.
Is this the microkorg? Did you need anything else to get that voice effect? Any pedals or software patches? I’m trying to do something similar, hoping I can find it in one synth haha
I don't know how midi recording works, this gear I'm using has jack inputs, and it records a simple jack signal to my computer via USB, It needs an app to work tho. It's hard to explain so the model is Behringer u-phoria UM2, you can look for informations online. But if your computer already has a mini jack input, you don't need much to record audio. You can just use a mini jack cable and a mini jack to jack converter. Be shure your computer has an input and not Just an output (for headphones), in case you only have an output the only way it's to use something like Behringer u-phoria UM2
@@The2005channel i would like to ask you about your keyboard 🎹 (what is the reference please) and how much time you’ve been learning to use it (how much time it takes to practice like you) and please do more remake songs with daft punk voice (like « the two of us »), and what are your thoughts about the « novation mininova » for making robotic voices
@@rayanarraf1415 My keyboard it's a Microkorg, I've learn to use it in a few month but I'm learning piano since 5 years earlier than having this keyboard, I'm sill learning. The mininova seems a nice keyboard, but I've never had one physically, so I can't make a detailed review on it. If you like Daft Punk style vocals you could try some pedal like the elecro harmonix V256, or the electro harmonix Iron lung, theese are the more affordable.
I made It with two notes, in the original it's technically two notes as well, but with some backing parts with another take that are quiter, if you try to play it in one take It will sound a bit odd, but anyway only a few part have backings

Wonderful
thank you for all these videos on daft punk, it feels good to know that the passion for their music goes around the world.
This is pretty much the same song, the accuracy on the vocoder is just spot on. (btw you should make a "something about us cover")
This is cruely underrated

PERFECT PERFECT ABSOLUTELY PERFECTLY SPOT ON!
Nan Mais le mec est trop fort.
i always like to think the higher pitch vocode is thomas and the lower is guyman
I actually think it's like this, the lower part has a stronger french accent compared to the higher part in the original :)))
This is spot on bro. Respect ✊🏼

Really nice bro, sounds pretty cool for some bootleg or remix!

I made a cover of this song on my Channel as well but i used a digital vocoder

It's the Biovox setting on the Vocal Synth 2 plugin, any saw wave from a basic synth as the carrier signal
awesome

Sounds just right but you need to work on the length of the words
I know the words are a bit long here, but now after a year, I made lot of progress on this song, so I don't think there is this problem anymore
what vocoder and mic do you use for these vocals?
Will you release a patch tutorial for this one?
Full version when? Jk I know your working on around the world x September! Man I can’t wait for that how’s that going by the way?

I am not using the microkorg as a vocoder for this one, you can try vocal synth 2 using the talkbox effect, that can give you a good sound
Can you do Guy-Man only?
