It’s good to be back on Pokémon go
Same
Yes
Yea I just came baxk
Thanks summer !
Came back 2 weeks ago
What i like the most about the plus plus is that it has a long range so it can be in my bag and i can open it up and catch whenever i want without having to fetch it and keep it close where it buzzes loudly. Closing it up and down from afar will be great for more stealthy situations;)
Also, of course, it can manually use better balls too.
It also has a great battery life.
I want to see a comparison between all current auto catchers. Go Plus, Go Plus +, Gotcha, Gotcha Evolved, Gotcha Classic, etc..
Yeah video title is a bit misleading because I never considered the OG Go Plus an auto catcher.
These are the only officially licensed models.
DUOMON was the best
@@zozihn8047Why does that matter?
I have the plus and removing the motor and wiring one of the leads up to the switch so it's also truly automatic is amazing. I'd love to 3d print up a new shell and install a rechargeable battery inside. Watch batteries are not that cheap but the mod listed above has greatly extended the battery life.
1:46 That lady in the back tho😭😭
Am I the only one that wishes these devices prioritized auto spinning poke stops over auto catching the insane fodder that clutters up your list of Pokemon?
I prefer the shape ans general setup of the plus+ to the ball plus. However, it has a smaller catch radius and a lower speed lock meaning it misses most stops if youre in a car...
yeah, i tried that too. I was wondering why I miss so many pokestops when I driving a car. It has slow respond and smaller radius than the plus?
Good to see the daily content. Surprised no one has covered that you can get elite fast TM’s from routes yet.
And elite charged Tim’s, a buddy of mine got one on his first route
I have never found a route in my own city 😢😢
I love the new Plus +, though I would like a setting where I can choose if I want to prioritize spinning a poke stop OR catching a pokemon first. If I'm driving I'd much rather have it spin a stop before catching all the pokemon around it since I want to passively collect resources when I"m in the car, but then when I'm not driving I'd rather prioritize catching pokemon first.
I think you can. There’s an option for auto spinning and an option for auto catching. Assuming if you only turn on auto spinning, it’ll work like desired. (Unsure tho as I don’t have +Plus yet)
I bought the Plus Plus myself and after the first day of trying it out I opened it up and took the weight off the motor (took a little bit of careful prying!) and gotta say without the vibration its an amazing device!
I was wondering does using it make me a spoofer I never knew what that means.. but I know it's bad.. lol
@@mallorimoreno4250ofcourse you will not be a spoofer…… With spoofing you change your location, to a Pokémon go hotspot. That’s not something you can do with this device
@@mallorimoreno4250it's an official licensed device lol. A spoofer is someone who uses a fake GPS location.
@@mallorimoreno4250 Spoofing is when you artificially alter your GPS to trick the app into thinking you are in a different place, or even walking around, all while sitting on your couch. It's a lot harder to do these days, compared to when the game was new. I did it for a little bit in 2017 but it really takes the fun out of it. A big part of Pokémon GO is the feeling of accomplishment when you successfully obtain a pokémon by going outside and tracking it down yourself. Removing that from the game just spoils it in my opinion.
Thanks for this video, my birthday is in a few weeks and i was really debating on which to buy 😁👍🏻
I just want something that can spin PokéStops while I'm driving and doesn't cost $40 or more.
The Go Plus can do this with a simple rubberband or hair tie to hold the button down. I do this and it works as long as you are hovering around 20 mph or less.
I've had the 2016 pokemon go plus but is the pokemon go plus + a good upgrade auto catcher for a beginner pokemon go account?
I luckily work at a mall where four pokestops and a gym is located and is in reach with the ++. in like 8 hours i get an average of 300-400 items which most are pokeballs and berries. i love it!
Love your channel keep it up man
I love how the lady in the background waves then walks away like nothing happened lol
How long charging time does the pluss + have?
Hey mystic, are you doing every day during GO fest or just one day?
Do you have to have the app open, can you have it running in the background, or even open but you lock your phone?
My Plus + is failing to catch Pokémon at an alarming rate. It’s attempting to catch and continues to fail nearly all the time. I get that it’s entirely RNG as to whether or not it catches, but something has to be up with so many failed captures. Any idea what’s going on?
So I got a question before buying it. Do I need to have the PoGo app open for it to catch and spin or can I keep both devices in my pocket?
the app must be running in the background, but yeah you can close your screen put your phone in your pocket and forget about it for the next hour.
@@alphad3s Thats great! Thanks for responding!
Do I have to be actively using the app for it to work or can I be on other apps and have it still be active?
With these does it help you hatch your eggs? Like does it track your walking?
I like all 3 devices but my favorite has to be the Pokeball plus. you can put any pokemon in it and it will make that pokemons sound. I have my favorite pokemon in it a Dragonair .
Me and my Gf got the Datel Evolve for Christmas last year. We each bought one for the other. A year later mine is still working, but she has gone thru 2 Evolves and both broke on her, just stopped charging. So I’m in the market for a new/better one for her Christmas this year. Any suggestions???? HELP lol
Love the videos. Did you catch any Harry Mack down in Santa Monica?
I actually prefer it to spin pokestops for me which is a waste of time but vital resources aka pokeballs. I would prefer to invest my time into catching and just have the goplus auto spin.
I set it up like this today. I would mainly use it to quickly farm balls for com day
Anyone know why my pogo plus+ wont use great or ultra balls when I have either of them selected to auto catch pokemon?
Can I use this to auto catch pokemons and auto spin pokestops while driving?
I can't connect my Pokemon GO plus (first version). I tried everything, I changed the batteries and that seems to not be the problem, since the blue light shows, but I can't connect it to my phone (iPhone 13 mini). Anyone with good advice? Thanks
I’m thinking about buying this just for the great and ultra ball feature and I already have a Duomon, would be a nice combo
would you recommend Duomon?
@@DoctorSmock just recently got it and I love it so far, just caught a shiny treeko with it at McDonald’s drive thru. I also have two phones, so both can connect
@@DoctorSmockI have had the duomon for about 2 months now and would highly recommend. If you want be really patient I would wait until one of these companies reverse engineers the go plus+ and and makes it have the ability to auto catch with great and ultra balls. It’s honestly a shame that they didn’t integrate that feature.
Just wait a few months. There'll be a third party device soon just like Duomon that will auto catch with Great or Ultra balls.
@@rvalperez How many months is a few? I kind of am looking for one now and idk if it's worth waiting for something else or getting duomon now.
I literally have nothing but problems with my plus+ It disconnects constantly and has to be hard reset every time it disconnects, so I have to have a small sharp object on me all the time.
It only catches like 1 in every 15 pokemon so a looot of stuff runs?
It doesn't register me having other balls selected.
It won't track my sleep because it doesn't stay connected long enough to do it...
If I turn off the Pikachu voice it just turns it back on.
And I'm sure there's more...
I might be doing something wrong I don't know x.x but it it kinda frustrating
Did everyone just collectively forget about the PokeBall +?? It came out with let’s go eevee/pikachu… it could auto spin and but you still had to click for the catch and could also be used as a joycon.
Hey what's going on with routes I can't see any or create any can U help me out I'm in Syd aus
Hey mystic, is there any good Pokémon in Pittsburg?
The devs should just allow auto catch with the selected ball in the menu. Having to press a button for a 60-75% catch rate with great and ultra balls is kinda deceptive. You might as well have your phone out and get curve ball greats or excellents to not only get more XP but to also save the amount of balls you have and use. The Gotcha was good, shame about the battery longevity. Perhaps the devs can create a new item that allows extra Go++ features for balance. Maybe a Go++ Incense or something....
It is also upsetting that the + only get one attempt per pokemon before running away. It really irritates me with that. At least let me catch the uncaught pokemon
Allows the use of Barrie's.
The auto stop spinning is what I'm interested in
The old Pokémon go plus was nice when it came out but the new ++ is significantly better. My fiancée and I love the new device. We also like that we can charge it now instead of buying batteries.
Unfortunately, replaceable batteries make the device last longer in terms of quality degradation
How many Pokémon can the pokeball plus catch ?
Your vids never let us down ❤🎉❤
He only out for money with affiliate link. Don’t be fooled
Will it auto collect the items at pokestops?
Wish I saw this before I rebought a plus. Didn’t know the plus plus was made this year and made for Pokémon go
i have never pushed the go plus button its auto catching too?
So it’s a gotcha with the ability to use great and ultra balls
do we need to open the game at all time for the auto catcher to work ??
Does it catches even if your phone screen is off?
My plus+ won't take my sleep info
But PkmSleep does without issue
Any help?
Yes the option to track sleep is on, and it worked twice, then stopped after I did my first route
have you connected the go ++ to pogo after tracking your sleep i have had no problems with mine
@ajstyles9779 yes, every morning I connect to pogo before sleep, plus+ always asks to re-pair to my phone, then it says I didn't record any sleep
Then I go to Sleep and it reads the sleep data without any issue
I'm holding with my dual catchamon device for a while.
Let's see if 3rd party devic makers gets the auto catching of great/ultra balls to work too on the next batch of devices.
Also while recharging is convenient as you don't need to replace batteries.
But i take that over what my gotcha classic was with it's smol rechargeable battery.
I barely got through these shorter 3h community day events with one charge.
With my catchamon and it's dual AAA batteries, i get multiple days worth of standby time and if i turn off the device after use. Then i get few months out of those.
And if i run out of battery power, i can just hop to the nearest store and buy a new box of batteries and be on the go in less than 10 minutes.
Where rechargeable batteries you need to get another device or go without one after ut runs out of battery.
Yeah that go plus plus is totally different beast in terms of battery power than my gotcha classic was, but still i take my tooless battery swap over hours of charging.
the 3rd party ones are so far ahead of the nintendo ones. the things u typed is everything we want for an autocatcher. but instead the go++ can't even compete with the oldest gotcha lmao.
the great/ultra ball feature won't make me buy the ++ for sure😂.
imo its good to have it only throw red balls so great balls for normal manual catching and save ultra's for cday/spotlight.
the only reason to buy a 'legit' one instead of a 3rd party is not wanting to be a 'cheater'. funny and ironic if u ask me.
Hey Mystic7 i just did a mega tyranitar raid and got my first tyranitar :D
What moves should i put on it
I finally caved and bought one.. and as I suspected, it doesn't do what I was hoping it would: continue to auto-catch when you yourself are catching Pokémon. It will pause and not detect any Pokémon around you if you are on a catch screen, only when you're in the overworld.. So it will do pretty much nothing if you're constantly shiny-checking during community day, which stinks.
I’m not sure why you would expect it to be able to do that. You can’t click on two Pokémon in the wild at the same time, so how would it catch while you catch? Additionally how would it deal with the fact that you could be clicking on one it was already trying to catch? Or try catching the one you already have clicked on.
@@definitelynotchadfish If you click something it is currently trying to catch or already attempted to catch but your screen has not yet updated, it will simply give you an error so that's not much of an issue. It could do the same thing the other way around and register which one I tapped so it will move on to something else. Plus if the cluster is big enough the odds of us trying to catch the same one at the same time is pretty tiny. I don't see why it's so weird to hope that you could catch alongside with the device. If you let the device register a Pokemon first, then tap a different Pokemon yourself, THEN press the button on the device it works fine.
@@PlushiePoogle if you’re quick catching though you’re just going to be faster than the plus would be typically anyway. And if you’re constantly throwing errors that’s also going to slow you down. And still pretty sure you can’t catch two Pokémon at the same time ever anyway. So I’m not sure what would have changed that just because of a new device.
@@definitelynotchadfish I don't want to catch, I just want to be able to shiny-check clusters of wild Pokémon while the device continues to catch stuff around me for stardust and such along the way. But the device pauses every time you tap a Pokémon, which on community day is practically non-stop, meaning it will do practically nothing during that time.
You're not throwing errors, it just won't let you tap a Pokémon if the device has already tried to catch it. A small pink error text will appear on screen but it doesn't slow you down in any way.
And yes, if it is not set to auto-catch but rather you have to press the button, you can have it detect a Pokémon, it will show you which one it wants to attempt to catch, you tap a different Pokémon to manually catch, press the button while you're on the catch screen of that other Pokémon and you can technically try to catch both at the same time. But that's really slow because it takes a bit for it to detect a Pokémon every time you return to the overworld.
Can you compare the Gotcha to the Pokémon go plus +?
What I disliked about go plus. The amount of disconnects especially in areas of heavy cell service congestion. The plus + seems rather impervious to the network load around you
100% shits NOT WORTH the trouble. Dont believe the video hes 100% doing for the pathetic ref links.
Love the videos
Does it use POKEBALL or great balls or ultra????
I was hoping for a watchOS 10 update 😢 it is still cool though
Love the vids
Which one best auto catcher??? Please tell me going buy one
When u posting your riolu hatch day video am a bit curious
if you ever do this again make sure to add the poke-ball plus
This is a fire vid
I find it really weird for also taking that my Plus+ only ever records 4hrs even though I sleep a full 8hrs. But it’s only recording 4. I also find the Plus+ will just randomly stop catching Pokemon despite having a cluster on screen and the device isn’t showing that it’s disconnected. It’s so buggy.
There have been issues lately with all auto catchers. It’s been getting better over the last week or so with updates and bug fixes. Had to do with the despawn glitch. But it’s much better right now than it was before the release of the go++
Does it also count great or excellent trows? 🤔
Does it catch while the app isn’t open
I want to get the GO Plus + but I dont want to at the same time. Purley because its 60$ an im 16
Can’t wait for the Pokémon plus plus plus plus plus plus plus plus plus plus plus!
You could also buy gotcha. It has a auto catch to and exist for a long time.
4:15 that kids fit was fire
Tbh the watch ive had has worked so well, no charging cable, built in battery and autocatching with no button press. idk why you havent talked about that at all
Since this is a promotional video and that watch is not an official product. It's easy.
@@AdasiXPresent fair enough I’m just surprised it’s never been mentioned
What device is this?
@@definitelynotchadfish it’s called a “Go-tcha Evolve” I didn’t honestly know this until today but after looking at reviews it’s not licensed by Niantic so it could get you banned.
@@medzha he did kinda mention it in another video just not by official name. he said "other" devices or something like that
I don't know if it is just me, but every time I connect my go plus plus to Pokemon Go, it disconnects. Like, I see people putting either their phone or the go ++ in their pocket while carrying the other, and they don't disconnect.
Dunno if it's my Samsung A52 5G or something else.
On another note, I got a shiny Doduo* from the auto catcher. 🎉😢
I wish you measured stardust gained difference.
I'd rather replace a small cheap battery every six months (that's how long mine lasts), then buy a new plus+ every year when the non replacable battery stops holding charge. The go plus still works years later. I doubt that the plus+ will still work 5+ years later.
Agreed. My OG Go Plus still works great to this day. I don’t use it 24/7, so I have only had the change the battery once. Have a tight hair tie around it to auto-catch and auto spin stops. Basically doing exactly what the Plus+ is doing, minus the great and ultra balls.
Plus plus it is.
Where to buy pokemon plus?
Is this better than other cheaper off brand auto catchers?
Maybe the go plus + plus will catch sudowoodo
My plus+ isnt working if pokemon go is open in the background. Someone here with the same Problem?😢
Elder players remember the original plus just needed a rubber band and a quarter to auto catch
What about vibration. Can you turn it off
that woman doin a little dance in the background was so funny
Were those 171 Pokémon that you got from the Pokémon Go Plus+ all from the autocatch feature which was only with Pokéballs? I hope you didn't include great and ultra ball catches in that amount cuz that is so much more than the original.
1:45 lol
Finally got my fist Shundo yesterday and it’s a really nice Lopunny
So the auto throw does not work with great or ultra balls? I thought it did
Correct. It does not. Which is the main reason I won’t be buying it. You added the one feature everyone wanted. The thing third party auto catchers didn’t have. Using great and ultra balls. And then you didn’t allow it to auto catch.
Mystic I’m a new fan and I love Pokémon go so I was wondering are you going to do Pokémon go fest and if you are then are you going to New York Osaka or London?
I just love your videos! I am not sure I would get one! I don’t think I would use it!
I was honestly hoping that it would show the siri spin capabilities of these devices
Both of them have Auto Catcher? What about Auto spin Pokestop?
Yo congrats you are on the UK news!
Is there a way to turn off the vibration on the Plus+? It’s so annoying 😢
Yes there is. You just open it up and cut the wires going to the vibrating motor. There are youtube tutorials for this.
Well if you’re not gonna change those batteries I can have it 🤣
adding friends in raids is so good because then you get more balls to throw dude..
Meh, you get a couple. But if you’re an experienced player like he is you are already really good at hitting excellent curve ball throws and very rarely miss anything anyway. I honestly can’t tell you the last time I’ve missed a raid pokemon.
@@definitelynotchadfish I have had raid Pokémon run hit with excellent curve throw with golden ras for all. Sometimes it’s just not meant to be but to have 15 balls vs having 8-10 balls can make the difference. I rarely miss excellent either in raid or in wild
@@rtzeexy374 I feel like I almost always have 15+ balls so it’s typically not an issue for me. I did get down to last ball recently on shadow articuno a month or so back but I ended up catching it.
Sudowoodo is my favorite pokemon but I haven't found a shiny one 😢
Does the pokeball for the switch also auto catch ?
Bro that lady in the background 😂
I Just subscribed!
I thought auto catcher worked for great and ultra balls too
Did anyone catch the lady in background dancing?
Didn’t you already make a video of this?
0:10 Why does everyone forget the Pokéball Plus
The people in the background is so funny cus they do the most random things
Umm.. The world didn't run on rechargeable batteries 5 or 6 years ago? Like, the time of the iPhone X and Tesla Model 3? I don't think you're remembering it right. The Gotcha used a rechargeable after all - people specifically called out the disposable batteries as a downside of the Go Plus at the time.
