My 4 y/o daughter was seriously ill. She got the Rota virus. Her conditions worsened very fast. We took her to the hospital, they give her the needed treatments. She could not even speak or sit. She was so weak. A couple days later i saw her waving her hand to me and trying to stand up. My wife had a hard time as well, but at the end our daughter recovered and her immune system slapped out that bastard from her body. I love my family! This album and particularly this song helped me a LOT!

Some bands take a few albums or releases to really get into the sound that they're known for. Starset did it right out of the gate.

That breakdown is a masterpiece
i imagine the music video about someone waiting and chasing for something they’ll never reach. in this case, they’re waiting for that person on the hospital bed to wake up.
he travels through abstract places as the other person stands in the distance. no matter how fast he tries to approach them, he just can’t catch up.
“this is war” he screams, as tears run out of his eyes. he’s running out of time. he has to catch them before it’s too late.
but in the end, he gives up, kneels on a rocky field, and screams to the endless void.
he stays there for a moment as his breaths heave in and out.
finally regaining his composure, he stands up, continues running to the direction he was heading before, and as he runs to another “world” to chase the other person again, that’s when *Halo* starts.

Arknights feels like a playable version of Starset's songs.
5 years later and it never get old
3:55 they said "trying to fly away from earth" more specifically "trying". Therefore suggesting that they are not just speaking about a satellite and are in fact speaking of a human. Thus bringing me to believe they are not all about messages from space but in fact something much larger than space. Us.
Think on that.
Now listen to the rest of their songs in that mindset and they become ten times better. Or maybe I'm to quick to jump to conclusions.

try "perfect machine" by Starset. For me personally it's by far their top song, none of them come close to touching that work of art. But honestly they don't have a bad song. I'm jealous I can't listen to them for the first time again
That colab was my first time I heard them too, at almost the exact same time. I was nostalgic for BB in my playlist at work and that one suggested song found its way inside. Since then most of my top picks involve them; and despite hard rock and metal rock not being in my usual preferred genres at all, something about each song always brings me back
