Having said that - the beauty of Yoga is amalgamation and so there are always a few variations based on geography, culture and context :)

I have a question, is it okay to practice 2 forms of meditations a single day? Like can i practice om chanting in the morning and Vipassana in the evening? Or it is better to just follow one? I hav found both forms of meditations helpful nd not sure which one to practice.
Hi , either practice will take you to the same enlightened place within . I don't think there's anything wrong with practicing as you are . Om chanting is very powerful and it may be best for you to take it slowly, ( although you may very well be very prepared for this practice fully in this life through previous experience) I've found myself becoming spaced out and ungrounded at times , these are all experiences that can occur but care must be taken for instance if your daily job is driving or working with machinery you'd need to be fully aware and the practice of vipassana would definitely help with that, Wishing you all the very best in your daily practice , 😊
