I love your videos! It's a combination of all the things I love. It feels good to see my country from your artistic P.O.V. and described in a semi-ASMR soothing relaxing tone. What more can I ask. Thanks you and keep up the good work!
Carlos! Thank you so much for your kind note 📝 and really synthesizing all the parts of the video that resonate with you! That makes me so happy 🙂 I really appreciate the support and I’m so happy that all of these story telling elements provide you with a good viewing experience! Comments like this make we want to keep creating videos 🙏🏻💫
Thank you for sharing this video with everyone. I lived in El salvador all of my childhood. Now I am currently living in NY. When I see videos like this makes me very happy 😊 😃 keep up the good work 👏
I know my country is beautiful but what makes it more amazing, is your personality, your voice and of course your beauty. Enjoy your stay in El Salvador.
I can not believe it I’m salvadorean and I never go there it’s a beautiful old town and you make me hungry to see you how you eat pupusas and yuca. 👍👍🇸🇻🇸🇻🇸🇻
Growing up I saw the process of wall surface . They use round pebbles from straining the sand for the concrete mix and they remove the big pebbles that don’t go through the big square strainer and save it and use it to add just cement and apply it like plaster on the bottom of the walls . It makes the wall look better and protect it from the splash of the side walk rain . God forbids you fell and hit your face or head against that it would hurt and leave marks for life !! I went trough that as a crazy active kid .
Hey! Thanks for your patience (it took me a while to get back to you) I really appreciate you taking the time to tell me about the cement process. I had no idea 🤷🏻♀️ that’s so interesting and something I would have never known about with adding the pebbles. Thank you for telling me about your personal experience with this technique and sharing why it’s important! I really appreciate you watching the video 😊🙏🏻💫 have a great day!
Thank you for these videos! I'm going for the first time to el salvador to visit family. Being 1st gen and born in Australia I feel so distant from my culture. I can't wait to spend time with family and go to some of the places you've recommended 💜💜💜💜
Thank you so much for watching! That means so much to me 😊🙏🏻💫 oh that’s so exciting! I can totally understand that, wonderful that you are able to go back and explore some of the spots I’ve gone too. That makes me so happy 😀 wishing you a lovely Sunday
Jorge, I really appreciate that! Thank you so much for watching and supporting 😊🙏🏻💫 it means a lot! Yes, it really is. There are so many hidden gems in El Salvador. I truly love it 😊
good to see you liked the textiles in san sebastian. i actually live here. this is my hometown. i lived here for 20 years before migrating to the United States. im currently a retired U.S. Army vet with 21 years of honorable service after which I decided to move back to my hometown last august. Textiles bought here are cheaper than other places. as a curious fact when i was teenager (12-15) i used to live accross the street from the textile shop in your video. and i think im lucky to be able to live in san sebastian again.

@@kathrynlastart In spanish sounds more better for the end of a video, a oral story or book, just FIN, because El Fin, 'El', is like you're pointing a tragic event or something you never will experience again, radical, like The end of the World, the end of his life, the end of our journey. Only FIN is like you're just turning the page for the next story, the new video, the new journey, ellipsis. To be continue. By the way, welcome back to El Salvador in this festivities of the end of 2022.
