You need a deep dive into Elliott wave theory, especially with today's markets, they are doing everything to mask these waves and almost every correction seems to be complex.

Thank you for the video and nice explanation. Just one question please... Wave 3 extends to 161 or 261 of Wave 1 or Wave 2? Graphic shows extension of Wave 2, commentary Wave 1. Thanks for protentional answer.
Good vid... couple of points: The main 5 wave structure you use would have to start off with a 1-2, 1-2 thus the peak of W1 should be labeled to the high on the left of where you have it and the peak you currently have labeled as 1 would be the 1 of the lower degree 5 wave structure that makes up wave 3 of the structure you're showing. Also, wave 5 can be longer that wave 3, when wave 5 is the extended wave, just wave 3 can never be the shortest wave -- this tend to happen, in traditional markets, in commodities and since crypto acts more like a commodity it should be noted. I am, or was, an Elliottician. Other than that, solid stuff.

Awesome video Tom! I find using Elliot waves are way to subjective and I think they’re to many rules. This is the one thing of ta I haven’t tried to learn because it’s so complex. It’ll be interesting to see your next videos on this! Do you use the Elliot wave technique when you’re trading yourself?

@@TomCrown I have have & I will say it's pretty awesome how you give back to the community. No charge just free education on price action and how to be successful. It took me a while to learn proper discipline and to apply the rules which you lay out perfectly in your course. This was a good addition. Knowing where you are in the grander scheme of things is crucial to being able to survive and becoming a profitable trader and here we go w another home run.

What's about to happen has nothing to do with cryptocurrencies. It's exclusively bitcoin. Make no mistake. A supply end to btc will effect the price of btc and only btc. In fact, if anything, conversions from alts towards btc will occur once supply end price actions hits. Other cycles are completely irrelevant to what is about to happen. Forgot your patterns, and your alt coin season. This one's different.

@cashflowteacher that guy is a bitcoin Maxi. There's quite a few coins that have outperformed bitcoin this entire rally. Render being one of them. He just wants new ppl to buy Bitcoin so he says this.
@36louieboy not true. When there is no bitcoin left to buy, what do you think is going to happen to the price? And when that happens it won't effect the price of anything other than BTC. This has nothing to do whether I'm a maxi or not. And it is inevitable.
