Oh Btw, everyone should see the fantastic movie - Kuro Obi, Black. Belt, as it really shows the true power of Karate
One of the best movie ever made!
Just started jujutsu (BJJ) as it will compliment my Shotokan perfect, and only make my Karate better. Also great to know, if I ever have the bad luck ending on the ground
Karate is number one and allways will be!
    Karate For Life 🙏
    OZU!!

As a photographer, I don't appreciate your use of photos without permission. At least credits should be given. Photo in 3:40 is mine, shot in 2019 in Lempäälä, Finland.

I HAVE TO PAY RESPECTS TO MY SENSIE LONG AGO IN NEWYORK CITY. SENSEI MASATAKA MORI RIP.... NAKA IS LIKE THE SON OF MORI SENSIE ..EXACTLY
TAKAHASHI SENSIE IN NEW YORK TOOK OVER THE TEACHINGS.
The techniques mori sensei taught I have learned in later years observing others was so far superior making things smoother easier more effective that you begin to realize as you advance. I BELIEVE SHO TO KAN IS THE MOST EFFECTIVE WAY OF SELF DEFENCE . BUT YOU CANNOT COMPARE ONE WARRIOR STYLE TO ANOTHER BECAUSE EACH HAS DIFFERENT LEVELS OF DETERMINATION AND INNER SPIRITS THAT COMES FROM WITHIN. PEOPLE HAVE ASKED ME WHICH STYLE IS BETTER. ASK YOUR BODY WHICH ADAPTS TO YOU.
