I just visited the Jefferson Davis Monument near Hopkinsville, Kentucky, yesterday. It is a very large obelisk that is shown near the middle of this video at 2:01.

Isn't the Liberrty Memorial that towers over the WW1 Museum in Kansas City, MO, considered to be one?
