Thanks for taking the time to gather this info... I have been wanting to know the details, from having read/heard, like, a millions different versions of the attack (my favorite is the radio clip, it's worth the 45 mins to listen to her madness). Going to share this, and I hope others see how things like this snow ball when the victim is an aspiring martyr (and relishes the title of "victim").

It's such a shame that I have to carry around my video camera just to record my dog walking for evidence if something ever does happen. Huh. People these days always lookin for the easiest way to get money. Shameful

@JHartmann17 I think you missed the point of acknowledging the fact that all breeds of dogs can bite/attack. Its no crusade against other breeds, rather showing incidents that were not worthy of media coverage in the way "pit bull" attacks are now days.

Stop blaming the victim...Regardless of breed, if one owns a dog that is reactive/aggressive towards joggers/bikes/etc there should be reasonable precaution taken-such as crossing the street.

this reminds me of some idiot walking past me n my dog he had a news paper folded in his hand n decides to hit my "pit" bull on her nose thinking he'd get an reaction to sue me i guess lol my dog didn't do anything she was just made a face like "wtf " n kept walking he got mad n started to harass me saying these dogs shouldn't be on the streets n such i laughed n told him if he got beef with the breed he got beef with me i called the police n bye bye hater turns out he was a molester as well lol
