Thank you!!! It’s great you say that. I felt these ones were “off” from my usual. I can’t pinpoint what makes them different but they are (if you go to an earlier flip through, you might notice too). I’m glad the algorithm sent you here! I hope you come back. Thank you for commenting. 🤗❤️

Thank you for saying so, Kate. I really appreciate it. I hadn’t posted a flip through in a while and I was like “Is anybody into these?” But I like going back and seeing how it evolves. I think I’ll do a full year one too. That will be fun!

I feel you on the migraines! My biggest triggers, besides stress, is too much sleep, too little sleep, and when there are big weather changes in a short amount of time. I can lose days to the migraine if I don’t take care of it at the first sign of my head hurting. A couple years ago I was told to take a Benadryl when I take the excedrine, and that is an absolute game changer. I’ll usually take 2 excedrine migraine pills and 1 Benadryl and try to get an hour or so of sleep once I feel the Benadryl hitting, and by the time I wake up my head feels much better, just a little tired for the rest of the day, but that’s better than an ice pick to the head lol. I call it my migraine cocktail.

🥹🥹🥹 thank you so much for this! I am still new to taking migraine meds and the first time I took it, it was only after crying for a while and calling a friend (seasoned with meds). I still hesitate - “is it a migraine or a headache?” I think I end up waiting too long for the triptans to work 🤦🏻‍♀️ I have Benadryl on hand so I am definitely going to try this. And you’re right about the rapid weather changes. I notice that too. In September, I started tracking allergens and barometric pressure and temp to see if those could somehow help me make migraine predictions. I didn’t notice any patterns though. Have you ever had an infusion?
