For a game which focuses on the dance, they sure didnt come up with a lot of good ones. Many are just reusing popular moves and arent something you'd remember like eg the Worlds end dancehall dance.
Actually they're the voice of Yukkuri. Yukkuri is a meme that came from Touhou fandom(the full meme is "Yukkuri shitteite ne" that means "take it slowly" or "take it easy") and then Pinocchio-P(creator of this song) decided to put the meme to the original video.
I actually kinda don't like this PV. My only problem with it is that Miku smiles WAY too much. The original only had her smile when she was a kid, and I liked how miku looked always depressed in the original, and would have been funny seeing her dancing all these energetic moves but with a permanent scowl on her face.
Well, SEGA is NOT the one who changed the vocals. It's the producer who made the song. No offense to them. This happens in most other songs to make the tuning sound a little better, like ACUTE (KAITO only) and Nice to Meet You, Mr. Earthling. Though I feel like the tuning in this is a little... off. Again, no offense to Pinocchio-P.
I have no idea why they chose this ugly ass color for her hair. The pastel teal color from the original fit so much better with the module and blends better with the colors of the clothes and background. The new color is too contrasted and stands out too much making it look out of place.
