A flam consists of two single strokes played by alternating hands. The FIRST STROKE is a quieter grace note followed by a louder primary stroke on the opposite hand. I have a problem myself lowering the volume of the ghost note. ( quieter grace note )

What is it called when you play a flam accent but the flams are a double stroke(idk if I explained that right)
Thats a hybrid rudiment called: Cheese.
If you mean only the flam played double then thats just a flam accents with a drag
