Vent...[[Read desc if you want..]]

So my mom was talking to my aunt while crying and I found out that my grandmother is really sick to the point that she has to go to the hospital, But the part that breaks my heart is that she was always there for me even when I was born, she always supported me. and loved me and my cousins, always put us first too. I'm really sad. I'm actually crying.
