Im glad you posted this today as i needed to hear this TODAY🙂. This subject has literally occupied the majority of my thoughts today. Ive been trying to cut out things ive known are triggering issues but needed some motivation to spend more $ to put the right stuff in. I think i may try a bone broth fast too.
Wow ! Amazing to read this. Absolutely go for it! I am starting my bone broth fast next week, which is then going to lead into a water fast and I’m going to come off of the water fast with bone broth. I need a physical mental spiritual re-set!
@@sarahspeaksup ive felt some nudging to fast as well for both for spiritual and physical reasons. Im a bit more motivated. Def gonna get some good bone broth tomorrow and start with that.
Spot on about the skin, it is the largest organ in the body, and in an ideal world NOTHING TOXIC should ever come in contact with it, that includes air pollution.
Good info, the Holy Spirit led me down a path about 4 years ago of carnivore diet, I had numerous food sensitivities and IBS issues. For about 2-3 years I ate about 90% carnivore and I had to supplement Magnesium and Vitamin C. Now, the last year I have begin eating fruit, veggies, grains, gluten in moderation, and other foods. My health, energy, and other issues I have struggled with have significantly improved in additions to sugar addiction and food addiction been broken off of me. I also regularly water fast for spiritual and implement Intermittent fasting. I am in my early 40’s fit, in shape, healthy, on fire for God, and feel like I’m in my mid-twenties! Powerful testimony, I seen earlier of you..that’s how I found your channel . May God continue to use you for His glory!🙏🏿🔥
Thank you, sister, for sharing this wisdom. I clicked on this video not knowing that you are a Christian. How refreshing to hear you speak about The Lord! I feel certain this will help others. God bless you!
Sara, I think you may be slightly celiac, that means allergic to gluten so avoid anything containing Barley or flour (my late mum was and eating out became a constant nightmare, I really had to be careful when ordering)
Wow!!! Another great clip Sarah! Aside from taking Prozac for my OCD, I take a probiotic for my gut/brain health and I take a magnesium supplement at night to help with my cortisol release in the morning after I get up(my anxiety/intrusive thoughts are worse in the am). I eat a pretty good breakfast and get 8 and half hours of sleep a night. I will say that my anxiety has toned down quite a bit, but I still have attacks. You said when you cut out fast food that you saw a reduction in depression and anxiety? Because of my work schedule, I do eat out way more than I should! I have also hear that a gluten free diet helps with anxiety. Have you tried to go gluten free before and if so, did it help with your anxiety/depression?
I know it’s so much easier to get takeout but if you spend a couple hours food prepping, I believe you’re going to notice a difference mentally by eating your own food! High amounts of gluten, def no good physically, mentally I’m not sure but after reading about how unnatural the standard wheat is (gmo, chemical sprays, etc) it probably does affect our mental health. I don’t trust it overall however once in a while I will enjoy something with gluten without overthinking it.

Petersons field guide to western medicinal herbs ,that's the book you want, probably east for you, beef talo replaces cooking oil,it's what everyone used before the 90s when they lied and said margarine was healthy and fat was bad xd
Wondering how you personally do your intermittent fasting? I used to be in a great habit of only eating twice a day, no in between eating, and between that and incorporating a ton of fruits and veggies in my first meal especially, the inflammation came way down. I really need to get back to those good habits
@@MMLZombie I def don’t do it all the time… especially when I’m PMSing I need to eat alot and listen to my body. But when I do IF I wait as long as I can to eat maybe 2pm. Then another big meal at 6-7.
Bone broth?, what's that?, you look a picture of health, I will try sour croute juice as well, eating out is so cheep in the states and so many people do (all day breckfast at Walmarts every day)I am told a teaspoon of vergin olive oil is very healthy, what ever you are eating is good for you, keep taking the onions!!!
@@sarahspeaksupalright so what's a sister supposed to do for a snack?? Cause this eliminates anything from the grocery store, even the "healthy" aisles. Do you just make your own snacks? Or you're probably not even a snacker since you do intermittent fasting. I actually need to get back to that
@@MMLZombie we have a food dehydrator to make our own beef jerky. It’s amazing and totally worth the effort. I’ve also tried to get out of that snacking habit by replacing it with sparkling water or tea. Bone broth also a great “snack” with a little lemon hits the spot. Fruit would be my next choice for sure. Nothing processed.

Vegetable oil = you mean canola?
soybean oil, corn oil, cottonseed/canola oil, sunflower oil, peanut oil, sesame oil and rice bran oil
