I got 2 umbrellas for my boat but I made brackets that go over my seat pipe stands and extend out the same way so u can swing them around. Made 2 of them for total of $30 bucks. Pipe and fittings. Life Savers!!!

You might want to check out those jigs. The perfect crappie jig by Jim Porter. I live on Truman lake in Missouri. It's a hot little bait for crappie. Thanks for your reply. Have a blessed day and may God be with you and your family. 👍

Thanks for your reply Charlie. I have a 1022 but I have never calibrated the compass. I really haven't noticed any bottom bounce. Great job with your videos.

Appreciate you buddy. Here’s another reason:
Calibration is used to show the direction of the transducer and aids inaccurate placement of waypoints when saved from the Panoptix pages. ... Calibration should be performed using the boats' main engines as the magnetic fields induced by the running of the trolling motor will throw off calibration.

Does your tranducer need to be pointed in any certain direction when you are doing the compass calibration. Have you ever heard of a crappie jig called The perfect crappie jig. It's a small feather tail jig. It's used a lot at Lake Fork. It has a axe shaped lead head.

Transducer direction doesn’t seem to matter. Haven’t heard of that jig but I do like the looks of axe heads👍

What if your tranducer is mounted to a pole. I have mine mount on the All abroad marine pole mount.

That’s what I have Bill. We have to deploy troll because our AA is bolted on. But turn trollmotor off👍
