After a 40 yr career as a telephone repairman,I am enjoying retirement to the fullest. If your looking for up close & personal livescope videos I think you will like my channel. I love to see crappie slamming a jig and also a good hookset. With plenty of tips & tactics on catching, cleaning,&even cooking,I will do my best to make you feel like your out there with me! Lastly,I hope to show some of you that at 66 yrs of youth😂 its NEVER too late to learn. I started crappie fishing 5 yrs ago&fired up this RUclips in November 0f 2019.

Thanku my friend. It’s been a very trying & emotional year. Found my mom (88yrs old)nearly dead on her kitchen floor in January. Took 6 months but she finally pulled through🙌 Knee surgery for me a few weeks ago but I finally got on the water to film but the wind&waves put a halt on my filming🤦🏻♂️ BUT don’t count me out & your kind words really lifted my spirits this morning❤ GOD BLESS❤& GO FISH🎣
Praying for your mom, miss your videos. I know the feeling with age, etc, I'm 63, been fighting multiple sclerosis for 25 years. Reason I'm still vertical is getting out and doing stuff, like crappie fishing

Man I’ve been having this issue for a month and came across this video. It absolutely worked!! I’ve never updated my device and it’s about 4 years old. Not sure if I should update or pursue Garmin for a new unit.

GARMIN replaced my ducer but it was only out of warranty a few months. Never hurts to ask. But at least it’s useable 😬

Love that you can do it on a griddle. I have a smokeless one we use in the winter at our home. Do you know if the seasonings you use are msg free? We've had some cancer here at our house so we are really careful what we eat.

You’re right it’s been too long. Found my mom on her kitchen floor with broken hip & ribs after being there 24 hrs🥺 I had knee surgery Monday and will be down a few more weeks. But THEN,it’s gonna be a. BAAAAAD day to be a crappie🤗🎣
Had a guy have this problem today who asked me to help resolve this. So basically he hadn’t updated his system in 3 or more years. I installed activecaptian on his phone, took some new SD cards and got this system updated. We then took the boat on the water and I dialed in his livescope. Now is livescope works perfectly and better than ever.

Are they red like that from spawning? I see bass do that when they’ve been spewing.
Spawn and also being kept on ice over nite. So much easier to clean after an overnite ice bath!

I do appreciate the kind word! My mother 88 fell a few weeks ago shattering her hip and breaking ribs. I found her on her floor(she live alone) after she had laid there 22 hrs. She’s doing fairly well but a long way to go. Hopefully get a video out soon. GOD BLESS YOU❤️

Hey brother Skip. Need prayers for my mom. She fell last Saturday nite shattering her hip&fracturing ribs. I couldn’t get an answer from her Sunday so Miss Pam and I drove to her house and found her on the floor lying in broken glass unable to move. Nearly 24 hrs like that. Anyway she’s in the hospital having a rough go. We’ve done all we can do and now trusting in God🙏🙌❤️

Have you ever had half your screen good black while using your livescope. Happen to me this weekend and trying to figure out what's going on.
I’ve had a few issues over the yrs but not the blank 1/2 screen. It could be many things. I would strongly suggest calling garmin support. Leave your number and they will call back usually no more than a hr. Once you get them they have always been patient and given me all the time I need. Heck with the ham,the rest of this glaze is going on a biscuit in the morning😋 “GO GLAZE” 1-1&1/2 cups brown sugar(I used light brown) 4-5 tbl. Cherry preserves 2-4 shots of fav bourbon(I used 3 shots vanilla crown) 2 shots(oz)pepper jelly 2 shots honey Put over med-low heat until it all comes together. It will look thin and be a little foamy. Start brushing your ham the last 30 min of cook. The internal temp should be 100° The glaze thickens pretty quick as it cools. When ham hits 140° it’s time to feed the crowd that has tracked you down😜 GOD BLESS❤️MERRY CHRISTMAS🎅

Hey buddy I just got on the couch🙌 Funny you should ask. I went to E Texas today and the wind was more than I like AND from the east. The fish didn’t mind a bit. Aggressive and ended with a limit of nice fish. 3 over 2 pounds. I only blame it on the wind,direction,cold front….. when I have a terrible day😜
