If you are on Android, search "Tanks Blitz скачать" in your browser and it will come up with some APK you can download, Google Play doesn't work, will say its not available in your region. If you are on PC you can just get the Lesta Game Center lesta.ru/ru/lgc Idk about IOS, very restricted system so you can't just download it from an APK online

That's probably the Scepter, and this BZ-176 doesn't even exist in WoT Blitz, its the Lesta version.

No you have to make a new account, its an entirely different game so your login won't work
