I always get super nostalgic when i hear Sir David's voice. I still get filled with childlike wonder when i watch these documentaries. Stephen Fry also does a good job, but nobody will ever take the crown from Sir David!

Im 34 yrs old and been hearing his voice on documentaries for as long as I can remember. Every time I hear his voice in documentaries it brings me back to being a child sitting in front of the tube with mom watching whatever animals on his tv,he always seemed to hold my attention somehow,and i was a very hyper child.

One morning many years ago I was looking out a front window and saw a small boy running with his coat half off, lugging his books, late for school. I had such a feeling of love for us all. I was more impressed with that hippo fart (4:17) under water in the river, heard with such clarity! 🤣😂 Hippos communicate with farts, he told the other hippo he had to take a dookie and best to not stay behind him. It's universal for all us animals, means gtfo da way, I got to 💩💩

However I’m thankful for all the trials and tribulations because they made me the strong woman I am today . For example there's an excerpt narrated by Sir David Attenborough, in a documentary titled "Journey Through The Seven Continents Of Our World" about how miniscule dart frogs co-parent their tadpoles. Imagine the task of just finding one of these tiny creatures in the jungle, let alone follow with macro lenses their family dynamics. My favorite part of this video is on min 35:34 , where the photographers' team gets a well deserved spotlight and talks about the process of capturing images of a snow leopard.
Did you guys know in all of my years of being alive I have never seen this man until this video and honestly I never wanted to know idk but I’m glad I got to put a face to the voice ❤ . This man voice basically raised and babysat me as a toddler I guess thats why I love voices and documentaries 😂😂😂

I like to think that the hippos were holding an underwater family conference after the incident with the older calf. And the great joy and personality in the dolphins playing with bubble rings brought on happy tears.
I loved this documentary! Lol the cameraman who decided not to shave until he saw a snow leopard, in 3 weeks he grew a mild beard, I would've had a bird nest on my face 😂
