No. That is Martin singing. Martin's voice has deepened with age. That vibrato is a tell tale sign that it's him. I am shocked that you would think that Martin would playback Dave's voice during a live performance and masquerade that it was him. The thing I always liked about Depeche Mode is that Dave and Martin could harmonize so well. And they do it so well because they have similar qualities to their voices.
