Great Central Railway - Autumn Steam Gala 2024 - 4K

For the Second Gala of the weekend after a visit to the Severn Valley Railway Autumn Steam Gala I decided to go for some steam action and I went for the Great Central Railway Autumn Steam Gala on the 4th and Final Day of the Gala. This year’s Autumn Steam Gala at the GCR the Visiting Locomotive was the West Somerset Railways 7828 Odney Manor which would run alongside the GCR Home Fleet.
I headed out at 7:30 in the morning to Catch the first Train of the day departing Loughborough and I filmed most trains which ran up until the 7828 Odney Manor and 6990 Witherslack Hall Double Header.
The gala Featured visiting 7828 Odney Manor and the Home fleet Which included Standard 2s 78018 & 78019, 6990 Witherslack Hall, Standard 5 73156 & 8F 48305. The Gala featured an intensive Timetable featuring both Passenger and demonstration Goods Trains.
