    This is an awesome video! If you grew up riding in the 80's, track robbing was life... or you are stuck all day.

    I gave up snowmobiling 35 years ago. My last sled was a 1985 Cougar. Last month I bought a 2007 RMK 600 with 144 track and 2" lugs. In moderately deep powder it seems to steer backwards, compared to what I remember, unless I put a lot more of my weight into it. Other old guys report the same thing comparing old versus (relatively) new sleds. Do you know specifically what design difference causes this difference in handling? I can theorize, but cannot convince myself of any specific reason.

    i’ve got a 175”. i don’t track rob. i just go to the top at a nice 10mph and the rest will follow after

      Same...literally nobody has ever used, nor will use, the term "track robbing"...it's track poaching.
