Nice to see you working on this project, but please consider this: You have supported the gearbox / transmission unit only at the rear end (with those welded metal strips). The front end is only supported by the engine crankshaft. This is a very bad idea because the engine / gearbox bearings will quickly wear out, and the torque from the shaft will strain the only real supports you have (the welded strips). To avoid problems, support the gearbox/ transmission properly at both ends. 😊
