India's biggest trade partner is china.
India is allowed to do bussiness with china but nepal is not allowed to even talk with china?
Every country has its needs and priorities.
      For example:
India flips both side of the coin...it gets closer to russia as it needs military arms and energy supplies from russia.
India gets closer to usa as well cuz they need american tech and are largest exports of indian IT manpower to the United States..a source of remittance.

india's most closes allies in south asia region is nepal. Alot of politicans in nepal are pro india. India has big influence in the bussiness and every sector of nepal. Nepal is and will always be in the orbit of the indian influence. Nepal is the only country that has yet to join the BRI or any china's initiative projects. When compared to fellow neighbours like sri lanka bangladesh maldives..nepal is a hard nut to crack for the chinese govt. Just recently nepal started talking with china..i mean who doesn't wana do bussiness with an upcoming superpower like china? The american and EU even tho likes to spread thier anti china propaganda still does bussiness with a large market like china. Even india has taken loans from china backed AIIB(Asian infra investment bank) and depend on chinese components and materials from china. Did u know during modi's gujarat CM stint he had multiple bussiness ties with china.
All these godi indian media hype about china taking nepal is nothing but a clickbait for milking views. India's worry is not with nepal but with thier other fellow neighbours sri lanka bangladesh. From what i know...after losing out to china on sri lanka maldives bangladesh..india is feeling the pressure regarding about nepal..THATS WHY NEPAL'S GOVT ASSURED INDIA BY NOT JOINING THE BRI SO THAT RELATIONSHIPS CAN BE SMOOTH WITHOUT DOUBTS

Just let go of all autonomous regions. Usual trend is dump all mandarin speaking with free land in thees regions. China has border dispute with all its neighbours even Russia. Even sea dispute. So anything on border dispute statements will be ignored..They already bullied and occupied Tibet as that kingdom didn't have any army and West supported it to get cheap products and try a stalemate with Soviet during cold war.
