I don't know if ELF's rules differ, but in the NFL they excuse that penalty if you initiated a block at the line of scrimmage and were continuously blocking that player downfield at the time the pass was thrown. Otherwise a defender could intentionally drag an offensive lineman over the line in obvious passing situations. That may have actually been the intent here, at least after the DT got stood up so badly.

It is shocking that the first Paris TD wasnt called back. No.65 OL block at 5 yard down. It was a clear inelegible men downfield penalty.
