@Spoony Pizzas you should change through balls to simple instead of advanced. They will still be manual if you set the passing assist to none. That way you don't have to press L2 to do a manual through ball.
Yeah it looks like standard PES when you play on -1. Always had the problem with -1 that it didn't feel responsive anymore. Like I had to press buttons earlier so they did it with the right timing.
@@SpoonyPizzas but it's so frustrating to watch. There should be an option for driven pass like in fifa. Driven pass is essential for passing in between defenders and when your striker has his back towards goal.
@@barcablood Well I guess this is kinda late but if you're still playing I'd recommend using early cross as driven pass. LB + Lob passx2 will result in a driven grounded pass which is very fast. And it works anywhere on the pitch!
This just looks like the same game, but put on Amateur difficulty. When you drop the difficult down, the same fundamental gameplay flaws still exist like the momentum forcefield (usually always in the CPU's favour), the player reaction delays, the stumbling animation in the back that doesn't result in a foul etc, but the difference is, the AI is less good at capitalising on its own cheating. So when you play a through ball to a forward who has peeled off the last defender, the more you drop the difficult down, the less they'll track the ball and the less quickly they'll react and chase you down. Basically, from Regular upwards, they will react quickly enough and can in some cases run behind you and foul you off the ball to win it back, depends what mode you're playing. In Master League, you want to be toggling between Regular and Amateur if you don't want to be tearing your hair out with the scripting, because Regular can end up being the equivalent of anything between Professional and Legendary difficulty, depending on what result the CPU wants to push for any particular match. It can dynamically change the difficulty on the fly and often times never makes contextual sense for the matches or the teams you're playing. On Amateur, they basically do not react to anything in the final third of the pitch at all once you've created enough of a distance between you. Personally, I think the best and only way to judge these gameplay mods, is in Master League mode. Generally speaking, the default gameplay in exhibition mode I've always found to be fine, it's just when you play Master League everything starts going wrong.
I second this, I would just add that depending on how you play professional might play better for certain players (I play on +1 speed and on regular difficulty I fly past defenders too easily). One of the biggest issues I have with fuma are those tiny/intricate, near contextual one touch passes you make when standing still to another player running through that somehow end up going out of play despite you literally tapping the button.

Why Konami insist on that rubbish is beyond me. Admittedly, FIFA career mode has always been more enjoyable to play. It's the little things like showing opposition form going into, or results during your matches to add tension to league positions and little things like that.

Hi, I bought pes 2021 by steam and installed it. Next i downloaded gentlemen's club patch and extracted to pes 2021 main folder. I changed all files but i can't find sider.ini file anywhere. When i play the game i can't see any difference with gameplay. Can you help me? And what team's patch and graphics patch is the best?
If you make passing unassisted then you don't need to change through ball passing. All passing is manual so you don't been to make through ball passing advanced.
Through ball only has two settings. Basic and advanced. True manual through ball involved holding LT or L2. I'll try but pretty sure that's how it works unless it's changed.
Looks good even if passing is to slow. Wow us Playstation players are playing a different game. Can you do a guide on getting a suitable PC at a good price? I wont play any other game but PES so need a suitable computer but mind in fact it needs to be future gen proof.

Firstly, there's no such thing as "Future gen proof". You can't build something now and guarantee it can keep up with technology in future that isn't even out yet. You can only build as good as the technological generation of hardware that exists right now, but it can be superseded greatly literally at any time in the future, so there's no "proofing" from that reality I'm afraid. Technology is moving very fast now, mainly on the graphics side of things. If you're concerned with not being left behind, then the only thing you can do is build the very best PC your budget can afford at the time really. If you just want a decent PC where you can play this game well and maybe upgrade your graphics card for other games later down the line, then you can probably get away with spending a lot less than trying to achieve the proofing that is not possible. I think the cheapest you can build a top of the line PC for now is going to be something like £2,800, but you probably won't even need to do that if you're just looking to play games like this. A lot will depend on what resolution you'll want to play at, how much eye candy you're prepared to turn down (or not) and the minimum frame rate you'll want to be playing your games at? These are just some of the questions you'll need to be asking yourself before even attempting to budget for PC gaming. The budget range can vary greatly depending on usage case, but that's the beauty of PC gaming, it's the autonomy and options it gives you. I'd say do your research if you're serious about it, because there's no shortcutting your knowledge on it, you're going to need to know what you're doing, or end up either overpaying, or just not getting what you expected (or both). PC gaming are for the peeps who are serious customers.

Cheating & scripting still happening with the AI even with this patch installed. It starts off well in ML, but then after around 7 games just like in the vanilla version script mode kicks in & the AI becomes too overpowered. Teams like Brentford & Huddersfield play Tiki Taka. My defenders get pulled out of position to allow the AI to easily score a goal. My players suddenly losing control of the ball when dribbling forward. AI defenders easily winning the ball from behind my player even when sprinting with the ball. In short, no patch is going to remove the scripting. It seems the AI bolsters itself & you cannot do anything about it. It seems the cheating & scripting of the AI is a core part of the match engine.
Personally I don't like gameplay mods and this one is no exception! I played a 20-minute match using this mod and I didn't like it. I play at speed -2 and the original gameplay appears to be more realistic than this one.
You don't like advanced through ball? That's one of the only parts of the game I think they got right. IMHO, advanced lofted through ball should be the way (and the ONLY way) to play balls in the air. I use it y chip the keeper, f'rex.

It's very different to default gameplay. Difficult to say whether I like it more or less. I need more time with it for sure.

Try doing coach mode with the mods installed on blimp camera so you are able to see more of the pitch.
I did during this match but that's what I do when creating the formations first

They lowered pass speed to help introduce tiki-taka passing because on FUMA the passes are far too quick/powerful.
