From this meaningful conversation, it is not an exaggeration to say that ukhrul police is a model for the entire country to emulate. At a time when police system in the country is considered authoritarian, colonial and outdated and is constantly struggling to reform, it is great joy to learn that ukhrul police department has fairly integrated democratic and cooperative policing well ahead of the rest of India. I believe this has been made possible with the sincere efforts of the honest and principled officers the likes of Sir Thotreithing, Sir Worngam and Sir Ringthing at the helm. Proud of you..
