Differentiate between the two - Ugandans wanting Kings and, some tribes in Uganda wanting Kings.
In our case, there are certain tribes that want their Kings and not the whole Uganda so, you may not get a general answer to your question.
Secondly, in those parts of Uganda that have and want Kings, this kingship mainly has to do with the their cultures or their cultural socio-econimic values.
