The presenter is clearly not a researcher, but he still managed to highlight the "Blue Economy of Pakistan: Exploring Maritime Research & Opportunities." A student at Lasbela University conducted comprehensive research on Gadhani Shipbreaking for his MS thesis, addressing all related issues and challenges. Additionally, an Economics professor at the university researched Coastal Tourism in Balochistan, focusing on potential benefits and challenges. Furthermore, a faculty member from the Marine Science Department completed a PhD thesis on Coastal Zoning of Balochistan. I've read through this research, and it has the potential to aid policymakers in making better decisions. However, a significant challenge is the lack of funding from government institutions for research. While the universities in Balochistan do not have sufficient funds to pay faculty salaries, they struggle to secure research funding.
