I have also used this method on a woven tapestry fabric where there was no selvedge just loose threads and of course you can’t fold that type of fabric. Again it worked brilliantly. It has to perfect on Roman Blinds which is my business as you’re seeing the fabric flat but it is a joy to do now. Thank you Gill.

Great video. I was wondering if you could mark the crease with a fade away pin so it would be easier to see while sewing?

To get the crease, do you just measure 3 or 4cm from the edge and press?
I just use stitch witchery. No pins
