Please don’t apologize! I appreciate seeing somebody using a stamp set multiple times for a change as it’s my reality. I don’t waste my money on things, using them only once as many RUclipsrs seem to do.
Most youtubers are nothing more than a commercial to buy the latest new stamp or die or gadget. It’s refreshing to watch someone that doesn’t try to sell anything but rather shows techniques that we all can do with what we have.
Purchased some glitter from the two dollar shop. When I got home I realise I had no idea how to use it. I am so grateful for this video. Thank you for your awesome idea
I have a 7 year old granddaughter that absolutely loves glitter and pink. This is a great way to include the glitter without glitter everywhere forever 😂. Thank you so much. I never would have dreamed this up on my own. 👍👍
I love how you use your stamp in so many different way. I think it’s very important to use what we have in as many ways possible. So no apology needed, you always make me think how many different ways can I use the stamp I’m about buy. I love both cards I have glitter I can put to use now. Thank you 😊
Hi Natasha, your cards are beautiful and you never have to apologise for using your stamps and dies multiple times because we love what you teach us about getting good value out of our stash and different techniques we can do with them also and this is one of the reasons all your followers love your channel and how you make it about having fun also
I think I've seen you make your own glitter card before Natasha but very ingenious way of making it for oneself. Two beauitful cards with white die cuts and I agree with everyone don't apologise for getting the best use of your stash. Thanks once again for sharing a great tutorial Natasha
Beautiful shine from this technique. Love it. For regular glitter I use two way strong adhesive tape from Scrapbooking Made Simple. Never had a problem that the glitter came of. I just rub it in with my finger. Thanks for sharing.
Hi Natasha, thanks for sharing! I love how your cards have turned out - they’re gorgeous - and I also love that once again you have reminded me to use products I haven’t used for a long time! Utee is such fun to use, and I’ve never thought of using it to hold down glitter 👍🏼. I have used it with glitter, but slightly differently. I’ve sprinkled a little glitter into a layer of molten utee, and then continued by dropping several more layers of utee on top. If you sprinkle utee over still molten utee, then you don’t need to use your Versamark pad each time, and you’re less likely to make the careless error I made when I tried to put more Versamark ink onto utee that was still too hot 🥵 - half of my Versamark pad remained embedded into the utee - not a good look in either direction! 🤣😂. If you do use several layers of utee though and have some glitter in the first layer, it gives you real depth and you feel like you’re looking down into something trapped down in the layers - fun! You can also use utee directly onto cut out shapes - die cuts of very thick card work well and you get a something where the edges are beautifully rounded - like an enamelled pin, or brooch - gorgeous!!
Great idea Natasha! I wonder if you can make a sheet of this and once it completely cools, die cut it? If so, the potential is enormous! The texture reminds me of enamel dots, so a die that makes small circles (or squares, stars, triangles, ... ) can make custom enamel dots. The thought of black holographic glitter “enamel” is particularly swoon inducing! It may even be possible to adhere it to double sided adhesive sheets before die cutting for convenience. Unless you’re using Stick It adhesive, it may be prudent to use a lighter/thinner cardstock, maybe 65 lbs. or around 120 gsm. I’m definitely going to try this tomorrow! Thanks again for another of your genius ideas, Natasha!
Another great tutorial Natasha. I love bling but if I use glitter it usually ends up on my table, my clothes and every other surface within cooee. A fab idea!!
Lovely and oh so glittery! 😁Don't ever apologize Natasha, I am sure that all if not most, of us love the idea of repurposing our stash, in your famous words. I can only watch for now as it will take months of recovery for me. Hugs from across the pond 😍
Brilliant just brilliant Natasha. Those cards are beautiful. I love your ideas. You have started a trend, I have also started to use up my stash of everything crafty. Thanks
This is brilliant. I have struggled with glitter falling off on my cards and this is just the video I need. I just need to get clear embossing powder as I do t have any. Thank you so much Natasha. I will be trying this soon
Trapping glitter is my husband's solution. Trap and release into a trashcan, that is! Now I can release my inner glitter girl and keep the peace and harmony flowing! Thanks for a beautiful solution, Natasha.
I have had so many gorgeous glitters for years and was looking for creative and mess-free (if there is such a thing) ways to use them. Thank you for the video. Will give using them with embossing powder a try.
I love this! I never would have thought of using glitter that way. I have a lot of glitter and embossing powder, now I know how I'm going to use it up. Thank you so much for sharing this technique.
Wow! Love this technique. I have a lot of small amounts of various glitters ( I don’t like to throw anything away) and this looks like a fun way to use some.
What is it about glitter that makes so many of us happy? Love the idea of making gift sets, especially when so many of us have "quite the stash" of glitter to use.
Beautiful cards!! I've mixed glitter in EPs before, & stored in an empty EP jar, & also used a heat & bond type powder, but those can be tricky. I love that you show ways to use what you have & also other ways to use UTEE. Mine has been in storage for some time now & is very old. I bought it to do a cracked glass technique, & also did a technique where while it was still hot you Inked a rubber stamp in black, & stamped down into the hot powder so it was similar to doing a wax seal. You can also do it with regular EP if you do about 3 layers. I have a dog tag punch, & used silver EP like that then punched with a dog tag shaped punch on a 6x6 scrapbook page when my son was in the army. I'd love to see a video on various ways to use UTEE. the cracked glass technique was to stamp whatever you wanted, or don't stamp, just coat the cs with versamark, then UTEE & heat. Repeat at least twice, it may have been more layers. Then put it in the freezer for I'm guessing 15-20 minutes. Take it out & start cracking the UTEE by holding parts between your finger of both hands, & snapping it, like you'd snap off a piece of a chocolate bar or something. The powder will break. Do small sections at different angles. Then use a sponge or something to sponge on some brown, or black dye ink, then rub it off with a tissue. It should come off the top, but still be down in the cracks. Wow, that was long. You are probably familiar with the technique, but hope it made sense if you haven't done it lol
What an awesome tip on using up plain glitter. I've been watching your videos for quite a long time now and you never seize to amaze me. I'm hoping at some point I will be able physically to begin card making again. for about a year I have not be able to use my arm and hand so, I've been trying to craft with one hand but it is not working for me. But I still look forward to watching for the next design, tip and creation that you will come up with.....
I have sprinkled glitter on top of emossing powder. They stick very strongly. I used the technique to mix gold and red on holiday cards, but a colored glitter with clear embossing power also works well. I generally have used a sticky glue powder to be used with glitter. First VersaMark ink, then glue-powder, then melt, then sprinkle glitter, then melt a little bit again. But the glue-powders can be expensive for a large project. I like your idea of using the Ultra Thick Embossing power. I have a jar of it and will try it out. Your cards are beautiful and I like it that you use the same stampsets over and over in so many different creative designs. :-) Thank you for sharing.
So beautiful! I have a lot of Elizabeth Craft Designs silk microfine glitter...I use it with double sided tape. All I do is cover my card stock with the tape then cover the tape with the glitter and burnish it in with my fingers! That glitter isn’t going anywhere either! I will try your technique as it is so shiny! I love glitter! Thanks for sharing!
Go to the earliest videos that Tash has posted. She did a lot with very little in the early ones. She often still does really. Choose a style you like and buy supplies for that first. Good luck
Thank you Natasha, you have solved my glitter dilemma. the cards are very pretty! I have been trying to figure out how to combine my glitter with my embossing powder without contaminating my embossing powder and you gave me the answer, so thank you again. Patsy
Both ways are just brilliant (pun intended!) and I have to give both a try. I think the thick embossing powder on top of the glitter gave extra depth, looked stunning. But the red ombré had the glitter structure, which is stunning as well. So depending on the effect I want, I can choose the technique. As others mentioned, you are brilliant!! I also read a comment using a laminator, and I definitely want to try that too. Thank you for sharing all these wonderful ideas 👍👍👍
I love how you can seal the glitter... will take my glitter back out of my stash and start using it again...I finally got the petal trio stamp from woodware.. I was looking at sales with scrapbook.com and they had it in stock... grabbed that one and the daisy one... love those stamps...
I was just working with my glitter this week, I t is everywhere now 😅. I prefer glueing them with doublesided tape though. I didn’t think of ‘glueing’ it with embossing powder. I can remember seeing a video though with mixing glitters with embossing powder in a jar, but that might have been Sasha 🥰
I've seen Stacey Parks of Scrapbooking Made Simple mix glitter with embossing powder in a ratio of one part embossing powder to slightly less than one part glitter, but I think she heated it from the front with the Ranger heat embossing tool and it did not blow the mixture off the cardstock. However, I think there was some glitter that rubbed off after the heat embossing. I think I'll try a mix of your two techniques and add a layer of only clear embossing powder on top of the melted glitter/embossing powder mixture to prevent the brush off. Also, in her latest video I saw Gina K use the grid on the base of her stamping platform to line up her Gina K. masking paper on her cardstock for evenly spaced white borders. She temporarily adhered the 4 1/4 x 5 1/2" card to the platform base, edges lined up with the lines of the grid, and then put the masking paper on the card with its edges lined up with the lines of the grid. Genius! I've noticed you have a grid on the base of your stamping platform, so this may solve your problem with masking precise borders. No more guessing or doing it by "eye" alone. And it should be faster! Yea!
Please don’t apologize! I appreciate seeing somebody using a stamp set multiple times for a change as it’s my reality. I don’t waste my money on things, using them only once as many RUclipsrs seem to do.

Totally agree with you both! We need to use what we have!

Oh my goodness! I have lots of glitter, but hate the mess! What a wonderful idea to seal in all that glittery goodness. 😍😍
I love how you use your stamp in so many different way. I think it’s very important to use what we have in as many ways possible. So no apology needed, you always make me think how many different ways can I use the stamp I’m about buy. I love both cards I have glitter I can put to use now. Thank you 😊
Genius! I rarely use my glitter, because of the mess it can make, but this is a great method of using it. I love, love, love sparkle!
What a great way to get a glitzy background with all the glitters we have! Beautiful but simple cards! The background steals the show!
I think it is great that you use your products over and over that's the way it should be!!! What lovely cards!!!
Hi Natasha, your cards are beautiful and you never have to apologise for using your stamps and dies multiple times because we love what you teach us about getting good value out of our stash and different techniques we can do with them also and this is one of the reasons all your followers love your channel and how you make it about having fun also
I enjoy both techniques. Your second one reminded me of the ocean. I wanted to put seagulls in the sky.
I think I've seen you make your own glitter card before Natasha but very ingenious way of making it for oneself. Two beauitful cards with white die cuts and I agree with everyone don't apologise for getting the best use of your stash. Thanks once again for sharing a great tutorial Natasha
I have soo much glitter. Capturing it in embossing may be my best way to glitter freedom.
Who doesn't like glitter I have so much and I have a reason to use them thanks for sharing hugs and smiles from California
Beautiful shine from this technique. Love it. For regular glitter I use two way strong adhesive tape from Scrapbooking Made Simple. Never had a problem that the glitter came of. I just rub it in with my finger. Thanks for sharing.
So different but so beautiful Natasha. Love them.
Glitter is my favorite thing! I love it because it is so sparkly. This is a great technique. Your cards look wonderful.
Hi Natasha, thanks for sharing! I love how your cards have turned out - they’re gorgeous - and I also love that once again you have reminded me to use products I haven’t used for a long time! Did it work? I am excited to hear how it went.
Beautiful, bright, shiney ombre cards without the mess - love them both 🌻🌻
I love glitter, especially when it's not messy. Great cards.
I agree with Beth! This is a genius technique 👏 I'm not a big glitter user, but this could change my mind. Thank you so much, Natasha🧡
Thank you for a great way to apply glitter. So pretty and no mess. Two inspirational ideas. 💕
Wonderful idea to keep the glitter from going everywhere. I must try this! Thank you so much. 🥰
This is such a fantastic idea. I really like the simplicity of the cards. Very clean.
Another great tutorial Natasha. I love bling but if I use glitter it usually ends up on my table, my clothes and every other surface within cooee. A fab idea!!

Very pretty. I’m impressed with how you used the VERSA mark and embossing powders.
I think that would work with a laminator also. Neat trick!
Love it ! Its wild and fun ..Thank you again for another wonderful class!! Have a Beautiful Blessed Day!
These cards are simply gorgeous 💜
You make it look so effortless!
Great work as always 😍
What a clever idea. I love loads of glitter to do this technique. So thank you so much for sharing this idea. 😊
Natasha, these turned out beautifully. I love that you try out all kinds of different techniques. Thanks so much. 😊
I have had so many gorgeous glitters for years and was looking for creative and mess-free (if there is such a thing) ways to use them. Thank you for the video. Will give using them with embossing powder a try.
I love how your mind works.
I think the handmade chucky thing is fabulous. I would probably have never bought the tool but making my own is right up there on my list! Thanks!
Excited to try this! I have beautiful Martha Stewart glitter that I haven’t pulled out in 5 years. Great vid as usual. Thanks 🙋♀️💋
What a great technique. I love the colors of glitter that you used. Thanks for sharing.
I love this! I never would have thought of using glitter that way. I have a lot of glitter and embossing powder, now I know how I'm going to use it up. Thank you so much for sharing this technique.
Great way to use glitter. Beautiful card as always. Thank you for sharing.
Great way to use up some of the glitter, love it, another fantastic idea by the one and only Natasha. Your brilliant. Tfs
Wonderfully easy way to use up glitter without the mess. Thanks heaps.
I never used the enormous sipies of glitter that I have because it gets everywhere. Thank you very much for the tutorial I will for sure give it a go!
Beautiful cards!! I've mixed glitter in EPs before, & stored in an empty EP jar, & also used a heat & bond type powder, but those can be tricky. It should come off the top, but still be down in the cracks. Wow, that was long. You are probably familiar with the technique, but hope it made sense if you haven't done it lol
Brilliant now I can get rid of all my glitter without covering all the recipients. Keep on with these wonderful tips Natasha. X
What a fun technique! Gorgeous backgrounds and lovely cards! 😍
Another clever card so simple and beautiful. Love it

I just love your videos. You go above and beyond. What kind of advice do you have for someone just starting out with no supplies, as of yet. 💜
Go to the earliest videos that Tash has posted. She did a lot with very little in the early ones. She often still does really. Choose a style you like and buy supplies for that first. Good luck
This is ingenious, Natasha ❣❣❣
What a fab idea. I love sparkly glitter but it is soooo messy...... not anymore! Thanks Tash for another dose of inspiration ❤
Your cards are so beautiful. What a great technique. Thank you.
Lovely cards!!! Now I have additional ways to use that glitter!!!❤️
I've have the Ultra thick in my collection for over 10 years and didn't know what to do with it. Thank You!
Thank you Natasha, you have solved my glitter dilemma. the cards are very pretty! I have been trying to figure out how to combine my glitter with my embossing powder without contaminating my embossing powder and you gave me the answer, so thank you again. Patsy
Love what you did with the glitter. I have so much in my stash and should be using it up. Thank you for this wonderful tip. ❤️
what a great idea! thanks for sharing, I'm going to glitter up some die cut butterflies and flowers.....so fun!!
Love watching you work! You make it look so easy
I have a love/hate relationship with glitter. 😂 This method is certainly eye catching on a card! Janet 💖👍🤗

Genius idea. Going upstairs to my craft room now to try it. Thanks!

That technique would also make great hole-punch gems of all colors. Very sparkly.😁💕👋
I love how you can seal the glitter... will take my glitter back out of my stash and start using it again...I finally got the petal trio stamp from woodware.. I was looking at sales with scrapbook.com and they had it in stock... grabbed that one and the daisy one... love those stamps...
This is a great idea. Thank you for sharing. Your cards look lovely.🥰🤗🤗
Really pretty cards! I love this technique. I really need to try it.
What a great idea! I avoid glitter because I always feel it rubs off, I'll definitely do this!
Wow! Can’t wait to try this. Really pretty! Thanks.

Your cards always turn out so, so pretty tfs x
You've done it again,what a great idea!
Wow, great idea and very beautiful cards ❤️
Awesome great idea! Now I can use up my glitter!
