I finally realize why Cathy pukes so much. Caterpillars are more prone to vomiting when alone, but their growth is stunted in exchange. The reason she is 50 years old and a catepillar still because she vomits so much and stunts her growth process. Either that, or she's around babies so much she uncontrollably vomits because babies are gross and smell horribly. And when you deliver a lot of babies, you're bound to see some things.
