You could move all the ninjago buildings and the mountain ideas all over to the castle diorama table, have the castles on the bottom and on the mountain add the ninjago. This would make more room for modulars and campgrounds, and I think they'd make more sense together on a separate table
I disagree with the comments about removing the Ninjago sets from your city. Nothing about a LEGO city is realistic, and you should build your city however you see fit. You do you, Bricksie ❤
I really think you could solve your space problem for the Ninjago buildings by putting them all in the theme park. Suddenly you have a Ninjago land in the theme park with lots of space! Plus lots of story telling opportunities!
I agree with the other comments on moving the Ninjago sets out of the city altogether. It’s highly themed like you would find in a theme park - I’m picturing stories you could do with your regular city residents exploring the Ninjago park and interacting with the “cast”. Then you have room to expand your city!
Let's be real.....you're gonna get it. There have been many suggestions as what to do with your Ninjago. I agree with some saying you should integrate Ninjago into the them park. Give your theme park a themed area and lots of story telling. I also like the idea someone posted about moving Ninjago to the Medieval table and build the castles on a lower are and Ninjago up on mountains above the castles. If it was my city and I didn't want to do either of those suggestions, I would rotate the Sushi restaurant back facing the city behind it and put the new mech shop in that corner
I know you recently built those half base plate water plates at the front of the city, but if you removed those and moved all 4 sets forward, you would then have a full baseplate and a half behind the sets; the workshops is one baseplate and then the half baseplate could be used for the rockwork to blend it in to the higher level :)
Buy it and moc it yourself to fit on half base plates, its only 2 towers if you remove the mech bay. Or if you remove the water aspect and build the set into the mountain behind.
Make a seperate Ninjago diorama island on the table where the castles are located now. Then this part on the main table can become a whole big mountain.
Who are you kidding Jordan, not yourself LOL! You will be getting it just like the rest of us. I agree that theres something about it thats Not as Alluring as the others. Maybe cause its nowhere near as colorful an the mech is not as fun as a packed building set up like the rest. Will still be getting this, but gotta get the Markets first!
Those Ninjago sets look like a mess from a distance. Cool up close where you can appreciate the details, but scrambled mash of bricks and colors from the edge of the city. How about a separate fantasy-like island where you can add other unique sets that don’t really belong in a standard city.
Hi Bricksie. Thanks for sharing this announcement with us. While I am not a Ninjago fan, I have to agree with you that your original sets are more nicely designed. These ones look like a huge collection of pieces all joined together. To be fair there are some fun pieces and the minifigs are real little characters. I agree with you that there isn't really a space for this new set, but I do think you may be sorry if you don't consider buying it. What a dilemma! 😂 Hope you have a great weekend.
We all saw this coming. They'd eventually release more Ninjago city modulars and it looks like sooner than later. A suggestion was made a while back that you separate Ninjago City entirely for future proofing. I recommend moving them alongside the beach to combine waters while allowing the area to be expanded.
After analyzing the set, this set looks like it was designed to go to the RIGHT of the Markets. I say that because the set is built, by the looks of it, to not require modding City Markets if you put this to the right of it. This wasn't the case for other modulars that you put to the right of City Markets because of its overhang.
I agree it’s different than the others. I’m not a “mech” guy but I do love the building experience. I would get it, build it and see where you might put it. I would put it next to Ninjago city for the short term and work that corner a bit. OR, put it on the mountain as a secret workshop maybe. Gonna be a head scratcher.
If you don't want to move the Lego Ninjago city alltogether, but still want to put this new set inside your Lego city, you could do it on the right of the Ninjago city, on top of the cave. It would require to remodel the cliff to accomodate a base plate on top, at the same level of the Ninjago city, but I think it could be doable
I’m gonna be the unpopular voice and say maybe take the Ninjago out of the city? I just feel it crash to much with the city…Or maybe move it back next to/ or integrate it to the amusement park?
As you noted, it can be a bit of an interior corner. What about using that orientation to put it behind the city gardens with on tower up against he gardens and the other with its back facing the residential? The mech bay would be facing towards the mountain area but that corner of the new set is mostly water and would have room to blend the rock work.
Your not the only one. That will have to try figger out a spot to put. This build. I got 3 spot s add I could put Ninjago city workshops. and got a spot for Ninjago city. once I get the rest of it built😊
Might be crazy but could modify it a lot and go in the theme park as a mech attraction? Have it next to the city rollercoaster set which has a mech too

Maybe Ninjago city should be its own island

I know you love to have greenery everywhere but if you put less green areas into the city you have found lots of room
How dare youtube hide this from me for 19 seconds
“Harahmi” bro what
😂 If you want Ninjago accuracy, you need to go to a creator like Bricks By Mind. Where Ninjago is his specialty.

This is a pretty good idea. It could likely be "flattened" to be a half baseplate but 1.5 long with the mech bay in between two towers
I think you should take all Ninjago stuff out of the city and make a seperate Ninjago display.

I told you several months ago to leave room for more ninjago modular sets, these are very popular and will continue being produced.
Those Ninjago sets look like a mess from a distance. Cool up close where you can appreciate the details, but scrambled mash of bricks and colors from the edge of the city. How about a separate fantasy-like island where you can add other unique sets that don’t really belong in a standard city.
This looks so good bricksie!
My man your pronounciation of Harumi is killing me 😂

I think Lego should make a Lego samurai temple that would be so awesome as well for history. Have a great weekend Bricksie!

Ninjago might have to leave the main city and become a structure of it's own.

I always leave room in plans for sudden things that may happen. Your always changing things and think you will figure it out.
Don’t kid yourself. You’re gonna buy that set. Haha
Wow wow wow this new Ninjago set so cool 😎!!

Ninjago workshop looks awesome minifigs and mech
This summer gonna get expensive.
If you’re gonna put it anywhere I would place it next to the original ninjago city module
Or re order the positions of the sets
Maybe it goes up with the temples and could be the start of a new Ninjago block.
May I suggest placing the workshops behind the gardens and creating a waterfall from the upper level of your city?
I really want to say is if it doesn't fit in your city then don't get it but that is a decision only you can make.
Your not the only one. That will have to try figger out a spot to put. This build. I got 3 spot s add I could put Ninjago city workshops. and got a spot for Ninjago city. once I get the rest of it built😊
have the ninjago modulars go around one of the openings you use to place things in the city .
You have a month to figure it out short month but a month I have faith lol
Put the new one by the train station or in the industrial section of your city
Make a China town
Not sure why you have it up on the Mountain.
Sacrificing some of the abundance of roads would make room for
better than the docks at least 🤷♂
It's a negative corner - does its baseplate even align with other sets you are connecting it to?
Maybe you can put it like built into the mountain you’re building behind
Might be crazy but could modify it a lot and go in the theme park as a mech attraction? Have it next to the city rollercoaster set which has a mech too
Pets gooo🎉🎉🎉
You are constantly changing everything in the city, so it's not going to be difficult to tear the existing ninjago sets and move them elsewhere.
The more I look at this the more I like it, it's still the weakest of the city sets but I love it still
Canadians speak way too slowly.
Hey I joined your live last night for UK really enjoyed it Many Thanks LegoToursNI
Amazing 😊
I now make nijoge it own tabl e for all of thame and you have more space for city
Because there only going to keep expanding it
HarAme 😂I take it you haven’t watched Ninjago in awhile?
You saying harumi incorrectly was kinda silly😂, but maybe i should correct you it is pronounced ha roo mi
Here come all the remove ninjago 🤓 people, do not listen to them
Sure hope it is the last one in the series because I just collected the other ones and definitely no room for more than one extra. 😂
From what i heard it is the last piece to the set, so that should help when placing your ninjago sets.
I think you should skip this one…
Not that great I can say that as not buying it and not given it free by Lego!
My love life is like a roller coaster: thrilling, occasionally terrifying, and always in need of a snack break💋
