I was taken to Deeper Life Bible Church for the first time when the church was in Oyingbo and i followed my mum to the church for couple of years. I was there when pple were throwing away their gold, i was there when pple were throwing away their TVs and i was there when Sister were putting on scarf 24/7. Therefore i stand to be corrected that what was in place during those period was that to be a leader in the church you have to be seen to be in control of your family especially your children
the letter was written 4 the family of deeperlife nt 4 the public, so signature of whosover is ur problem, and the pastor's son is old enough to anwser for himself since he is upto the age of marriage besides deeperlife is a church name nt a family name sotherefore kumuyi or no kumuyi, the living church of God still stands
At the onset of our fathers ministry it was made clear to everybody that any pastor whose son commits any offense will not be eligible to lead a congregation. The first national oversea of Ghana and Liberia became scape goats and no one complained. Why has your child fall short and you are now resisting and defending in a smart way,.. Is this fair or what? That's our bible support this unfairness

Pastor Jide Oladimeji ( former national pastor to Ghana ) lost his office as a pastor because his daughter did not live right according to our doctrine. I think we should apologise to him and the host of others like him.
It is sad that when Christians go to live in western countries many of them fall victims to the worldliness there is, becoming yoked with many false doctrines. They therefor often feel that "light" exists only in the West, while backwardness lies in their countries of origin. By God's Grace, some of us got saved through the salvation message preached by GS at Gbagada several years ago. We have also been fortunate by God's Grace to live across the continents. Yet, we have kept the faith by His Grace and our confidence in Christ Jesus who purchased us with His blood.
I am what I am today because I got a Deeper Life foundation on the Word of God. I am not ashamed to identify with this great ministry wherein I learned discipline and Christian principles. I owe my doggedness and present level in ministry and life to all I learned as a Pastor in Deeper Life. Men and women, bridle your tongue before you come into condemnation for what you do not understand. Read Matthew 7:1-4
Thank God for what He's done and is still doing thru Deeper Life in the lives of people all over the world, including mine too, but let your commitment be to the Lord Jesus Christ Himself, not to any man or ministry (Hebrews 12:2). I'm saying this bcos many church people idolise their leaders to the point that they believe that they can never make mistakes. So they follow them sheepishly and wouldn't know when they fall into the ditch, and they also fall head long with them. But this will not be the portion of the GS and other Pastors, and all of us true believers generally that serve God in truth and in Spirit, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen. What I'm trying to say is that we're in a time that each believer must know Christ by himself (and by herself), bcos one day everyone of us will be left to stand alone with God beside us.
Long before now I heard Pastor W.F.Kumuyi preached that a leader should not be disciplined based on his wife(son,daughter etc) offense. Thank God that the one that committed the offence has apologised. What is the way forward? Why not we bury the past and move on. There are so many who have not heard this same gospel that others have heard over and over but make mockery of it. If you are born again and you are sure of heaven right now, Please! It is very funny how almost all of us want to have a strong standard and rule around our businesses so that it can work; how the various schools we attended had their rules that made them continued; how our homes, banks, places of works have strong rules that wont be compromised so that they run well; how our lives have had rules so our health and security is guaranteed.... There is only one place that many of us shout loud to clamour for rules to be kept out and that is the Church. We would love or obey rules everywhere but question why there should be any rule by any organisation to keep it going and sustained. I always get baffled... Every one should get and do what he wills when he wills and how he will. If the generations past lived the faith that way it wont have got to us.

My simple advice to scorners and scoffers is: seek audience with Pst W. F. Kumuyi and hear him address the matter. Do not dabble into what is higher than you! If you think you can address it and bring sanity to the Christendom, take the right step and seek audience with the GS.

Dayo Daramola was right, I was there when Gbagada was built, from there I moved to Ibadan in Ashi Village under Pastor Lawon, and to Ondo Town at Barrack Road in all these the system and the preaching was the same with all Bible quotations. I am sure there are not Pastor/Man of God in Nigeria, if there is definitely he is not among these notable Pastors we know because they are all fake Pastor if their activities are measured with Bible principles.
