No they didn't . Secret service totally incompetent. I lived in Butler PA. The fair ground are not huge. How does a 20 year old kid bring in a rifle get on a roof 130 yards away from the stage? This is a total failure by the Secret Service and law enforcement.
How did that kid know the roof would be unsecure? He drove 40 miles and notice the roof was unsecure, so he took the opportunity? I don’t think so.
