The information is partially incorrect... Hope you gone through various control valve book and IMO shared by Control valve manufacturers... Please make video on control valve with basic knowledge... There is a leakage class defined as per ANSI... Every valve is not designed to stop flow when closed unless until designed for the process requirement. In running plant PID tunning is not needed every time. The photo of the plug is shared and written as a seat. The Seat was renamed as a balancing ring in this video. Please correct the information.
