Howdy from Australia.. Excellent Dave, really found it incredibly interesting to watch. I like the lack of "over acting' in your videos, which means in my mind they are authentic. It was wonderful to see everyone calm, and listening and actually paying attention to what was happening and no one running and screaming (I usually just turn off if that happens because it takes away from what is happening etc). But this is magic. And you SURVIVED the night!! Incredibly brave of you, but also incredibly smart that there was a group rather than just one person in just a large building. So many stories, so many lives, and little by little you are their voice as you travel and do these superb videos. Thanks so much for sharing, really appreciate it.
Hi sueappleby, I'm from Australia too. 'I'm of the same mind as you are with all the running, screaming, drama's that happen with a lot of the ghost hunting things. I've recently (like Wednesday last week) found a really good Australian channel. The presenters are down to earth and say when they have debunked something that's heard. I also have three favourites from the UK. Hell funny sometimes. One is called Para Fear I think, I was watching them last night, the men in the UK aren't very manly, lol. These two were hearing scratching and a squeaky scream. It turns out that it was a couple of bats. The funny thing is that they were more afraid of those two bats than they were of any bumps, footsteps and such that they were hearing. And the bats would have only been the size of our pigmy bats hear in Australia. Imagine if they ever saw one of our fruit bats. Gosh I ramble on. I just wanted to say hi to a fellow Australian who happens to watch Dave. I love the abandoned building he visits and the history he has of them. Have a great night.

According to the Irish Times, men, woman and children as young as 2 years old were sent to this asylum for whatever reason. Some members were sent there if they had property rights and once they were committed to the asylum, the family would steal the rights and keep the land to themselves. I heard what sounded like a young persons scream before one of the sensors went out. Awesome job as always.

Those huge roller machines are the steam pressers. they steam sterilize the sheets and iron them, 4 staff members would have stood 2 each end and each side. one side feeds the sheets in and the other side grabs them and folds in motion. they then stack them onto trolleys then cover them with clean sterile covers.
Years ago I used to explore an abandoned State school and hospital built in the early 1900's place was amazing till someone bought it and turned it into a haunted attraction. In my time there came to know a couple of spirits in one building I enjoyed the going into I never yelled for them always respectful of them I offered to cross them over but was told it's all they knew in life and didn't want to leave. Sadly I feel that spirits won't leave until they understand that there is something better for them. Pennhurst was a terrible place that's why the state of Pennsylvania closed them in 1987. Great explore enjoyed it.

At 11:00 those are folding machines. You put towels in flat or sheets pillow cases etc and the machine folds them then they come out the other side. I worked in laundry In a retirement community. Masonic home.thats where I got hurt and couldn't do my job any more 😢
Great video one thing to bear in mind being as it was a mental asylum, when you were trying to contact spirits in the corridors, perhaps during their life's the patient's were not allowed out of their rooms & still do not venture out today. Ultimate respect to you all though for showing respect to the dead.
Believe me or not your videos are the best distraction I’ve mentioned before I have lot of health problems and this last week added more ailments was at hospital each day. Unable to contact the police under the circumstances, Bither described these events to a female friend. Thankyou for another fantastic video it's great when you put the drone up to see the actual size of the place its massive and truly haunted I felt the same chilling vibes down that corridor you were in I'm guessing if a big housing estate was built on there the bodies would either be moved elsewhere or more often now they just move the head stones as usually after even 20 years there's absolutely nothing left in the graves but can you imagine buying a house built ontop of an asylum graveyard no thankyou but there will be thousands of buildings built over old burial sites so I'm with you on that one I want cremating I don't want to end up in some new build house back garden. The Cambridge Illuminated things are just light up old dials, often used for temperatures etc. I've lived in Cambridge my whole life and they're the sort of thing my Dad always had tucked away in his shed/workshop when I was little.
Omg i love abandoned asylum's. Something about them just creeps me out, but have to watch them. I explored one many years ago in Stafford called saint George's asylum. Its long gone now, but there are videos on RUclips of it. That was one hell of a scary place. But an awesome experience. Very active. I heard a woman crying and men growling. Doors slamming. Things being thrown. Truly terrifying. But something i will never forget for the rest of my life.😊 Looking forward to this one ❤
That was absolutely amazing! The building was just so crazy, and the older part which may be hard for somebody to understand, I thought was beautiful. I am kind of on the fence about the spirit world as far as if you should be inviting it to come with you. I really believe spirits exist, and I think it is OK to ask about their presence, but you never know if something could make it mad at you. So I would be careful. I find it extremely interesting, and I know that most of the time there’s going to be no harm done. Being in a group that is experienced is much better though. As for the explore and staying the night, I thought it was really cool! All of you take care, and blessings!

your very respectful these videos are amazing. i am employed at our local psych center and cross the i all the original building and they are unbelievably haunted even the new buildings are. there's asbestos all thru out the city of New York closed it up they have big fence around it it in Ogdensburg NY look up the history i really used to explore the old buildings as a kid

🇧🇷 The building is super complete, it can still house people. Of course, it will be necessary to install some elevators, escalators and ramps, and also sand and paint walls with more resistant and durable paints, in addition to reviewing the water pipes and the electrical part - this beautiful construction will be perfect again. 👉👍👉🌻

omg It was good walking around in the daytime but the night time was a little nerve racking especially when the music box went off and then the torch light came on ment the spirit was getting closer. no way would I have slept over night I don`t no where I would of slept but it would not have been their. So glad that every one survived the night.As usually I miss Mark not seeing him in the video. I loved this paranormal investigation. I think spirits are drawn to you for some reason, as in a lot of ure exploration videos things also seem to happen. Maybe yuz should start to ask the spirits some more personal questions and give them more time to reply. Like maybe even a question with a yes or no answer required. Dave, be careful on entering any room in case the metal door closes behind you and locks you in. Place something in the door to prevent it from shutting, or else something in the hinges. Have a hammer and cold steel chisel on hand so you can dig your way out, or smash the steel bars over the windows.

They are bucket frames still used today to help with balance and wakking, not to trap anyone just for support.

The Cambridge Illuminated things are just light up old dials, often used for temperatures etc. I've lived in Cambridge my whole life and they're the sort of thing my Dad always had tucked away in his shed/workshop when I was little.
There are videos online which depicts what would happen if, all people dissapeared and everything stopped, its quite fascinating and very scary...!

Omg i love abandoned asylum's. Something about them just creeps me out, but have to watch them. I explored one many years ago in Stafford called saint George's asylum. Its long gone now, but there are videos on RUclips of it. That was one hell of a scary place. But an awesome experience. Very active. I heard a woman crying and men growling. Doors slamming. Things being thrown. Truly terrifying. But something i will never forget for the rest of my life.😊 Looking forward to this one ❤
That was absolutely amazing! The building was just so crazy, and the older part which may be hard for somebody to understand, I thought was beautiful. I am kind of on the fence about the spirit world as far as if you should be inviting it to come with you. I really believe spirits exist, and I think it is OK to ask about their presence, but you never know if something could make it mad at you. So I would be careful. I find it extremely interesting, and I know that most of the time there’s going to be no harm done. Being in a group that is experienced is much better though. As for the explore and staying the night, I thought it was really cool! All of you take care, and blessings!

What an amazing place to explore. The place is huge!! Seems sad in a way to see such an old building like that decay, so much history, although not all good. Some great paranormal responses though. Enjoyed this, very interesting.

i am employed at our local psych center and cross the i all the original building and they are unbelievably haunted even the new buildings are. there's asbestos all thru out the city of New York closed it up they have big fence around it it in Ogdensburg NY look up the history i really used to explore the old buildings as a kid

omg It was good walking around in the daytime but the night time was a little nerve racking especially when the music box went off and then the torch light came on ment the spirit was getting closer. no way would I have slept over night I don`t no where I would of slept but it would not have been their. So glad that every one survived the night.As usually I miss Mark not seeing him in the video. I loved this paranormal investigation. I think spirits are drawn to you for some reason, as in a lot of ure exploration videos things also seem to happen. Maybe yuz should start to ask the spirits some more personal questions and give them more time to reply. Like maybe even a question with a yes or no answer required. Very interesting and I thought the torch switch on was proof something was definitely there. Well done Dave 😉☘️
Dave, be careful on entering any room in case the metal door closes behind you and locks you in. Place something in the door to prevent it from shutting, or else something in the hinges. Have a hammer and cold steel chisel on hand so you can dig your way out, or smash the steel bars over the windows.

You definitely caught a spirit on camera, that scream was awful, then you could see a figure in the mist near where the light was going on and off in the corridor, notice it was moving and staying there for a minute before dissipating. Great video!😊
