I bought one of Allen’s vertical smokers and the only problem I have with it is I don’t have enough time to cook on it as much as I would like. Excellent smoker.
I have my order and deposit in. I should have ordered mine a year ago when the back log was 4 to 8 weeks out. But I just found you a month ago. That's what I get. I guess I'll wait and be glad to be on the list. Awesome work as always.
I've watched alot of you tube videos on pit builds and Allen I have to say your attention to detail is unsurpassed , keep up the great work and more videos please.
Really like your work and designs. Your prices seem quite reasonable, maybe a bit too cheap. Freight would add. I think this is the perfect smoker too.
Well I ended up getting one of the omnipro 220's it was open box for 350 and missing some stuff that I had to buy but a great deal I think how about some welding instruction videos?
My goodness now that's my favorite by far except I need a TN vols logo good night brother your smokers are amazing I've been searching for about a year and really thinking hard about getting with you on one like this amazing man
Hello Master! I'm a barbecue lover and a fan! I live in a city in the interior of the state of Minas Gerais - Brazil. I have a Pit Smoker with a capacity of 10 kilos and I am starting to do a second. This with a capacity of 120 kilos. I have already watched several of your videos and as very detailed as I am, I recognize your immense talent. It is nice to know that there is a professional of your level. I wish I could be bad around you so you could make a pit smoker for me. Success my friend! Keep making many people happy with your gift, whim and technique!
Great design, so well thought out. I think the 1/4" would be better by far for the thermal mass providing better heat distribution. Nice speed on the video, nothing missed that I could see. Maybe you might want to try some voice over, would provide some insight into your work load if nothing else. Wish I was closer to you, Cheers to you and yours, Billy in B.C. Canada
How you Allen? Got a question on the type of expanded metal used on these and the Santa Maria grills you have built. I built something and apparently the expanded metal I used was a bit thin, hoping you can help me out. Thank.
@@Allensweldingwoodworking that's what I used but, apparently I didn't use enough of it. Hahah. So on something like 24"x36" how many supports would you use? Tha is for the help.
On the smoke stack on the warm box, how do you keep the condensation from the smoke stack dripping on your meat? That wuz a question frm a client, he wants to remove his smoke stack cause of that issue.

What makes it a "reverse flow" compared to a normal flow BBQ smoker?
Dude that pit is the shit
Great job brother 👍👍
Another great build Allen. Thank you for the build.
Awesome work man, what’s the thickness of the metal?
You are a madman! ULTRA BEAST!

I use 3/4"-#9, is what they call it at the steel yards, it does good as long as you have supports through out the rack

What a beautiful job on the smoker! You have excellent building, and manufacturing skills. Love your channel. God Bless everyone

Amazing job man! How much does this smoker cost?
Prices are at the end of video, email allentubbs31@gmail.com for orders
@@Allensweldingwoodworking how much to ship???
@@Nick-ih5em shipping is expensive around $800-$900, a little more for the 1/4" steel. I deliver to some places though, it's not as expensive
How much for one just like that?
Did he ever respond?
Not yet. He may be very busy with answering sales orders on email? I’ll try him on email.
Man you're getting fancy! Great work!
Hey brother can I pick your brain for a second? What are the dimensions of the panels you use to make the horizontal cooking chamber?
I love your style, very good work.
You can make a Rocket stove your way, it would be great
Greetings from Colombia
Do a video about your first smoker build
Nice job!
On the smoke stack on the warm box, how do you keep the condensation from the smoke stack dripping on your meat? That wuz a question frm a client, he wants to remove his smoke stack cause of that issue.
Could fab a deflector shield where necessary to divert the condensation?
