As a film student Atlanta is definitely on the list of places I'm thinking about moving to after I graduate because it isn't crazy expensive like New York or LA.

moving to Sandy Springs in Jan 2022. just signed a one year lease and i’m going thru the NACA program because towards the end of the year i want to buy a townhome or house in the south west ATL area by the airport. I love watching your vids. I’m coming from Los Angeles so i’m hoping I can adjust well to the new environment. I’m scared of the humidity and allergy season but we’ll see! thank you for your content!!!

Everything is going and as Atlanta goes up everything is up also so it’s still more affordable West Palm Beach the average 4/2 425,000 it doesn’t matter what neighborhood and if the schools good 650,000 an acre of land is 120,000 just the dirt look Loxahatchee Florida it’s in Palm Beach GA has way way more affordable city’s pound per pound. South Florida has none every thing is nice is 400,000 on average or ALL HOA you may find one or two but not the normal. But the high wages are here so the move most are making is in Port Saint Lucie Florida which is an hour away
