aapko apna physical office to banana hi padega, chahe aap ghar par hi bana lo ek table-chair daal kar. sath hi aap ek municipality se registration karwa lo jo free me ho jayega. fir aapka bank account business k name se hi khul jayega.

One more thing, when you will cross the limit of 20 Lacs in a year. Then you have to take GST registration also.. I will help you in that also.

You need two business name proofs. One is MSME, apply IEC as second business name proof. Trademark until registered is not valid
