Namas kar sir Me Chandigarh se baat kar rha hoon m apni 1 firm chalata hoon and 1 employee work from home bhi rkha hai mne Udhyam registerd hai But koi physical office nhi hai and m account khulwana chahta hoon so me kya karun please guide
aapko apna physical office to banana hi padega, chahe aap ghar par hi bana lo ek table-chair daal kar. sath hi aap ek municipality se registration karwa lo jo free me ho jayega. fir aapka bank account business k name se hi khul jayega.

Sir can you please tell which bank can open the current account on basis of Trademark or MSME only Because till now ICICI & HDFC has refused without GST no.
You need two business name proofs. One is MSME, apply IEC as second business name proof. Trademark until registered is not valid

20Lacs se upar to TDS katega hi chahe koi bhi account use karo. Multiple accounts use karo TDS se bachne k liye..
