What exactly is the purpose for this cover? Im thinking about buying this printer for sublimation and am trying to learn all I can beforehand. Thanks.
Can you water proof it after?
Kevin did you make replacement?
What did you use to seal the motherboard and can I use that is on the chip sensor board as well instead of removing it like in the last video?
I used this: bchtechnologies.com/silicone-sealant-with-precision-applicator-to-waterproof-printheads-and-ffc-cables/
Is it possible to open up the xp15000 printhead to deep clean it?
Yes but it will require some advanced skills.
I have tried and tried ... and cannot get the printhead to align. Every print looks like crap with 1000 lines through it. I am assuming that I didn't tighten something up so I am going to go back through it, but this is obsoletely horrible!
Ive been seeing people saying the silicone seal cracks causing problems to the printhead is that true or am i hearing things?
Well, have you seen the silicone seal in the aquarium? Or, the silicone seal for drones? Anyway, shoot a video and educate us.
Where do I get the tube of seal for the print head?
Here it is: bchtechnologies.com/silicone-sealant-with-precision-applicator-to-waterproof-printheads-and-ffc-cables/
Horizontal check creates a light blue line times two that is only 1/32" ... not like the print page in the video
Just did this and have error code 033007 😢
