This was beautiful. It actually got rid of my 2 day headache too. I did it in the garden and it really amplified the visualisations.
Is there a version without ads? There were 2 ads that popped up when I was listening.

That is amazing! The ads are so annoying, we can’t turn them off until we get 1000 subscribers and 4000 watch hours 😵‍💫 but I will add this meditation to our site next month and let you know once it’s live. Try some of the meditations in the confidence course - those are ad free 🥰
