The war was always there. Since agriculture - different tribes fought over land because land meant survival. Nobody started this war. But we can stop it.
Today, there is oil, there is political power, someone is benefiting from these wars. And this someone is not Palestinians, Israelis, or South-Africans.

My understanding is that these devices were purchased by Hezbollah and distributed exclusively to its highest ranking soldiers. If that's the case it seems like an extremely accurate operation that only targeted the bad guys.
