Christian, you have made a very explicit point of a warm and glowing effect in orange hue, by the way of adjustments of exposure and temperature, also with all the masks on contrasting the sky and the lake. The mountains and lake are distinctively different from the original one, it turns into a beautiful and splendid landscape image. I am very grateful to you for your wonderful inspiration and presentation! I learned more from you!
It was a great lesson with the lightroom and the masks, and the finale was even more beautiful with the stars. I would immediately try to just look for a suitable shot. Thank you
Klasse Christian, wie Du aus dem blauen Foto ein tolles warmes Sonnenuntergangsfoto gemacht hast. Das Timeblending war dann noch die Kirsche auf der Torte.
Thanks for the comment! As the water is blury, stars this dim wont be visible in the reflection, it would have to be a lot darker for that to happen ,thats why we cant see them here
Very interesting as usual. The only thing I don't understand is why you use three different colour panels when they all seem to do almost the same things? Please could you explain?
Thanks for the comment! I assume with color panels you mean color mixer / color grading / calibration? They all do things slightly differently. For example if you change the blue hue in the color mixer simply the blue tones are changing. If you change the blue hue in the calibration panel the warmer tones are changing as well. There are a lot of smaller differences between all those sliders although they might seem to do the same at first!
i dont understand why blue hour image you over editing and turning into sunset image.. it would have worked better if you kept those beautiful atmospheric blue tones and highlight them by editing into blue hour image... damn it :(
I mean if thats what you want to do that fine, other people enjoy editing their photos differently. I like how the final image looks here and thats all that matters to me

Perfect !!!!!
Grazie!!!! 🙏🙏🙏
The timing on this was perfect. I was wondering if there should be any stars in the the bottom of image at all to coincide with the top of the image?

There are no bad pictures, only a lack of editing skills.

Exactly- there's a big difference between emphasizing hues in the image you shot and using hue manipulation to create a different image entirely.

Some of us enjoy this level of creativity in post. It's a preference at the end of the day
